What this vehicle lacks in performance and excitement, it makes up for tenfold in reliability and safety. Driven this car well over a year now, and only had an issue with the alternator going out. Put around ten thousand miles on it with no problems! Never left me stranded. Gets great gas mileage, and with a less restrictive air intake it sounds quite nice. It’s not the most comfortable car in the world, no heated or ventilated seats, no fancy electric gizmos. It’s a car that’ll do what cars were made to do. Take you places.

It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

He was very personable to my boyfriend and I answering all of our questions on the car. He went above and beyond walking me through the financing process alongside Bill explaining what all was included in the Gold Certified package of the vehicle as well as my warranties. Finally, it did take a bit of time to have my credit rates figured out but I have never financed before. The financial team were awesome, accommodating and quick to the point. They didn?t try to upsell me on stuff I didnt need for the vehicle but did inform me on the one thing that actually helps in the long run. Awesome team, funny, engaging and I would 100% buy from them again in the future!

If you want to do legit business with real people then this is the place for you. The only problem I had is that I didn’t come to gateway sooner! This is my third Corolla. I thrashed the first one (1990) for 20 years after I bought it at three years old, and gave it to a family member at 200k. The second ('98) was given to me by a friend who had bought it for someone else who didn't pay for it. It was totaled at 178k miles, in nearly perfect condition. This one came from an estate of a fellow parishioner. He bought it in 2010. When he passed in 2022, it had 141k miles. After it sat for a year, I bought it. Although I've only put a few hundred miles on it, it impresses me with its solidity, pep, and crisp handling. Based on past experience, I expect to get at least another hundred thousand out of it. Based on my driving habits (>10k/year) and my age, it may be the last daily-driver I ever own. Interior is a bit cramped compared to the Sonata it replaces, but high quality and comfortable. The initial surge of acceleration is a little startling, but easily controllable with a light foot. Styling is nothing to write home about, but is acceptable. Paint is chipping on the hood and fading on the roof, but overall presents well from twenty feet. I would prefer the optional alloy wheels, but I may find a set over the years I expect to have with this car. The stock stereo was malfunctioning when I got it, but I upgraded to an aftermarket 2-DIN unit with rear-view camera. The stock six-speaker setup blends nicely with the new head unit. Neither the bodywork, or the undercarriage exhibit any signs of corrosion.

Hands down THE best vehicle I've ever owned. Have had for 22 years (bought in 2002), now has 152,000 miles on it, and the only problem has been that I needed to replace the starter. Still on the original transmission. No oil problems. Just put gas in it and go. Wish it had better front/rear visibility and a better turning radius. But other than that, no complaints. Confused by some of the bad reviews. Maybe sake party going on when theirs were built????

I cleaned up and flipped a 250,000 mile 2011 Corolla owned by a construction worker followed up by a man on disability parts were cheap and a lot of the OEM stuff was still holding up very well. The interior is fine nothing fancy but it gets the job done it works and the seats are surprisingly plushy and comfortable. For the exterior who cares it gets you around from point A to point b it works. The car gets decent MPG rear seat and trunk space is decent not particularly interesting or fun to drive but if you just need a car that works this is a good choice that is cheap and easy to maintain and can hold up well.

After driving the 2010 Toyota Corolla for about 10 years, I am giving it to my son, who just moved from Kansas City to Galveston. He did not have a car; so I decided I WOULD GET THE NEW CAR. My old Toyota only has 98,000 miles on it; and it is in perfect shape. The only reason why I won't miss the 2010 Corolla is that I just bought a 2020 Corolla. I am excited about the Entune Multimedia System and the climate control. I love Toyotas.
