The inspection included that a small leak was noted on a shock cylinder that had a "slight" leak but it was not justified to be replaced under warranty. If the shock was not designed to "leak" than it should justify replacement.

Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
In comparison with my last car buting experience, George Henderson III was the best salesman. I told him I wanted him to be real with me and show me cars that were in my price range and he sure kept his promise. This dalership worked with me and George to get my forever car in my budget. I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right). Staff was very pleasant to work with, lunch was good, and the knowledge level was off the hook. Probably the best car buying experience I have had, even the finance experience was great. Thanks Brad
Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. Eddie and Mark were the two salesmen who helped us- which is another example of the professionalism shown by everyone at this dealership.
We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.
The staff was great and made the overall car buying experience very good. They quickly found the vehicle I was looking for, we got to drive it and made sure everything was what we wanted, then worked out a deal (which was quick and easy to feel like we were getting a great price on our new car).
