2026 Toyota Highlander review
Like the Highlander. I purchased a platinum and got a lot of little extras, except for the one I really need. The easy exit and entry was taken out of the Highlander (at least the platinum). Because of my height (short), I have the seat very high, so I can see the front of the car. When I get out, I hit my knees against the steering wheel (because it doesn’t go up, just out). And getting in, I hit my head most of the time on the doorway. So I do not recommend this car for anyone 5’6” or shorter. If you are taller and can see the front of the hood without lifting the seat, then this is your car. Unfortunately, when I purchased the car my salesman and the dealership manager both thought that this car had this feature, they were wrong. The rest of the car is fine, nothing that I’m not used to in a Toyota.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

My husband and I did NOT want to buy our 2nd Prius (bought the first new) from a dealer. This 2010 Prius with low mileage was pristine. Dave Duda was no pressure and went the extra mile to get the car to Flemington from Doylestown for us to see. I knew we weren't interested in any additional packages for the car like service agreements, roadside assistance, etc. but felt I had to sit through them with a manager. I didn't like that part. No pressure but I knew I wasn't going to buy any of them so...why bother? Dave is your guy!

We initially came in to look at a specific car, but ended up spotting a few others that were out of our price range. Rather than pushing us toward the more expensive options, Nomaan had an honest conversation with us about what mattered most to us, our budget. He truly listened and helped guide us to the best fit without any pressure. My husband had a question about the brakes, and the team at Toyota of Massapequa didn’t hesitate, they immediately reinspected the vehicle and even resurfaced and replaced the brake pads. That level of transparency and care meant a lot to us. As Nomaan said, “First is the best”, and in our case, the first car we saw in person ended up being the one. We are thrilled with our decision and love our new Highlander! We also worked with George, our financing associate, who did a fantastic job laying everything out clearly and ensuring our monthly payments stayed within budget. Both Nomaan and George were extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly felt like talking with family. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were never rushed, and they both took their time with us like we were their only customers. We’re beyond happy with our purchase and the overall experience. Dear All the Homo sapiens (humans) on Planet Earth: I am a former United States Army's Paratrooper/Airborne Combat Medic/Healthcare Specialist and a four-time combat veteran of Kosovo (one deployment), Iraq (one deployment), and Afghanistan (two deployments). I served in the Army's esteemed 173rd Airborne Brigade based in Italy and Germany with more MoH (the Medals of Honor) than any other similarly brigade sized military unit of the Armed Forces of the United States of America (22 MoH to be exact due to fighting the bloodiest battle of the Vietnam War: "The Battle of Dak To" on "Hill 875"), as well as, loosing the highest number of Paratroopers (via combat related injuries and deaths) and earning the most categories of valorous awards during the "Global War on Terror" in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have finally discovered the best vehicle Saleswoman in the entire Universe. Yanilda Lora's persona and superb communication made me feel like I was her only client. She stood by me from the start to the finish and kept reminding me that I will find the perfect new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, which I did. 2026 Toyota Highlander review
The Highlander Platinum is the best vehicle in its class. The ride is exceptional. The driver's seat is multi-adjustable. Very easy to sit the way you want. Great storage in the front cabin space. Great storage behind the second row seat. Exterior paint(pearl white) is above its class. MPG in the Hybrid model is fantastic. This is my 10th Highlander.
