I drove from outside of Connecticut to purchase a truck at Greentree Toyota. Throughout the whole process the staff at Greentree were very knowledgeable and willing to help. With me coming from out of state there was some extra work that had to be done on my end, that I never had to do on purchasing a vehicle before. Everyone at Greentree Toyota was sympathetic to all the extra work I had to do on my end to make this deal possible and therefore gave me a great deal right off the bat that did not require any haggling over to attain.
I met with Alejandra Arboleda to discuss new car options and I walked out of the dealer with a brand new car the same day. Alejandra and the rest of the team were extremely professional and worked with me in getting out of a lease before the actual end date. I was able to get the car I WANTED!!!!! Go to Rivera Toyota and ask for Alejandra!!!
Since the day I bought my Highlander Everyone from the top to the bottom Have been nothing but kind, helpful and Respectful. I have felt very well taken care of and I know I can always count on them to settle any problem I may have from big to small.

Salesman, Rob Scalere & the the GSM, Liam Tully worked with me to purchase my 2018 4Runner limited and were extremely helpful and HONEST from the very start. I visited three different dealerships prior and I was treated completely different by Liam, Rob and the Rivera Toyota team. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, Rob addressed my concerns, took the time to show me how EVERYTHING in the 4Runner works, and most importantly, there were no hidden fees!!!! I love my new truck and every time I jump in and start it I'm reminded that there are honest dealerships out there that care about making the customer happy.
Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership, however what I wanted was not common to find! I wanted the Toyota Tacoma in a 6 speed manual in the Qucksand color. However there were none on site or even at any nearby dealerships. Our salesman helped us by contacting the factory and finding out that there were 2 cars set to be built on the assembly line that were slated to be shipped to Virginia. They rerouted it's final destination the Westport. We waited the 3 weeks for it to come in and it actually came in 1 day early! As soon as I saw it, it was love at first sight. Would definitely recommend this dealership over any others in our area.
I've bought/leased many cars in the last 20 years but I have to say my sales guy Hitesh Sharma at Curry Honda made it one of the best experiences I've had. I walked in with my wife, 2 kids and 2 carseats looking to test drive a new Pilot and skip the normal 50+ questions you usually get first. Within 5 minutes the test drive started. Hitesh was very knowledgable in answering all of my wife's questions and even a few from my kids! After the test drive we did a quick walk of the lot so my wife could see different exterior colors. My wife and kids then decided they liked this car the best out of the 4 others we test drove that day. When we sat down to discuss lease numbers with Hitesh I told him I had a payment in mind. After about 15 minutes we agreed on the numbers and signed papers. To me, Hitesh stands out as a great sales person because he saw I wanted to spend as little time as possible there and have the process move very quickly if we were going to make a deal. He was very polite, great with my kids and being so knowledgable of the product saved us time from him having to go find out answers to our questions. I would highly recommend him in the future. I also want to mention, when we picked up the car we sat with the Finance Manager Jeff Laytin. This was also a great experience as there wasn't the typical "hard sell approach" to buy any accessories or warranties. We also didn't get surprised by any plus, plus plus to our COD payment that wasn't there when we made the deal the week before. Jeff also had a very pleasant personality and was respectful of our time.
Me. Duffy was very helpful in pointing out the good reasons to choose the CRV at this stage of my life. I had a pilot and wasn’t sure. He was very very familiar about the car and all of the features. He was funny and put us at ease. He got me a good price, and the free trip is awesome. A good expierence all around!
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
This is the fourth car that we've bought from A1 Toyota. Three of the purchases were handled by Dado and were quite pleasant. One deal with Manny was not. We are satisfied with the workings of the rest of the dealership with one exception. The manufacturers put soy based wire covers in the motor of our 2011 Prius. Mice get into our garage and have caused havoc. AI Toyota has charged us with the expenses which this mistake has entailed. We live on a country wooded acre. Our cats keep mice from the house but do not patrol the garage. We'll end this by repeating that it is a pleasure to do business with Dado
We were so impressed with the honesty and knowledge of our sales representative, Emerson Macavinta. Emerson made us feel comfortable with our choice. He helped us through the end always with our best interest in mind. Thank you, Emerson! We will definitely recommend A-1 Toyota to all our friends!
This is my second Rav4 leased from Toyota of Greenwich and my family's 6th car from this dealer. This time around, I worked with Bobby Caldwell. He was professional, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. I never felt the pressure to make the deal that you feel at other dealerships.

being overly aggressive or pushy.
Owner Clint Steen takes care to keep a family-type atmosphere making sure the customer's concerns
and well-being always come first.
I'm also looking forward to seeing Jay O'Connell and the rest of the Service crew when it comes to for that.
David Sullivan was a pleasure to work with... he was not pushy, was upfront with costs, true to his word on trade-in and got us a great deal. Will DEFINATELY return for future cars and recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota!!
