I tried to edit/or delete my original comment but this site does not allow for this action. I'm writing this comment too update the situation. I was called first thing in the morning by the management "Tyler" at Superior GMC where they we're extremely apologetic and eager to provide satisfactory customer service, and they did just that. This seems to have been a huge communication error that led to me being frustrated by what had taken place. After speaking with Tyler I'm confident that if I would have spoken to him originally this issue would have never escalated, as he is truly someone who is determined to give good customer service. I plan on buying a new truck or SUV here in the next year or two and I will attempt to buy it from Superior GMC when the time comes, this is because of them going Beyond normal customer service expectations after what originally happened.
Didn’t have a car I needed, however they were very helpful on attempting to find me one. Very polite staff and customer service. The hold time was a little long however I was calling at their busiest hour (according to google)
They had already sold the jeep that we wanted to look at. They said they had a yellow Jeep but they couldn't find it. We might have bought it but they couldn't show it to us. We ended up buying from another place. They need to be more organized.
I am very happy that I decided to visit the Fayetteville Toyota dealership. They made my first car buying experience a wonderful one. I checked out their online site and requested info. Rick Rockwell was very understanding and accommodating. Once at the dealership, I was assisted by his coworker Will who walked me through everything and was so helpful. I ended up leaving with a brand new car and I couldn't be happier.
As a first time car buyer with no cosigner they made this the easiest purchase. Working with Zach and Troy made my day complete. Finance with Kyle was a snap.Blair walked me through the car and was very experienced in what apps and gadgets to have for my Camry. I Love this Dealership!
We had found a Nissan Pathfinder online that we were interested in, but once we got there and really had a chance to look it over we decided to see what else was available. We were able to find a newer model that really met our wants/needs. Trevor worked with us to get the price where we wanted it and we were able to leave that day with our new car.
I appreciated that when the problem was determined, I was told the cost of the repair. The service was very quick and friendly. Thank you.
