I had the best experience with this amazing honest people and for the great deal for the car. I wish them the very best of success and happiness.
2014 Toyota Prius review
Amazing upgrades. From the solar sunroof which powers the a/c on hot Oklahoma days to the heated seats when driving in freezing temperatures, this car delivers. Toyota is one of the most innovative car companies and it really is on display in this model. It took me several months to find this particular car and I’m glad I had the patience to wait until the perfect car for me was available.

I have yet to decide on the car I was looking at, but I was working with Robert and found him to be very professional. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. I have no reservations in buying the car I was looking at from this dealership. A refreshing change after dealing with so many "threatening" and pushy people in Vegas.

EchoPark Automotive PhoenixReviews
EchoPark Automotive Phoenix review
I was very impressed with Echo Park there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. I saw two vehicles online and I went in and talked to Joseluis Cortes about them. I was car shopping for my daughter and I wanted a vehicle with low miles and warranty still on it. They had a 2025 Kia soul the 25,000 miles on it and the warranty from Kia was still good. Joseluis help my daughter get financing. He did explain some extras warranties she could have bought, but did not pressure her into buying them. She got the car and took it to our mechanic and he said the car was in great shape no problems with it. I just really appreciate the honesty and the kindness that was shown to my daughter as she was buying this car. I definitely would recommend Echo Park car dealer as a place where you can buy a good used car for a decent price. They don't haggle over the price.

My salesman John Shami, helped me when I bought my truck. He is always there to answer my questions weather on the phone or in person. His intelligence is phenomenal, he seems to know about every aspect of purchasing, maintaining and helps with all the paper work that goes along with purchasing a truck.

Everyone was willing to work with me, and they did not turn me down, they showed me all the options available and explained every step thoroughly. Sam was a great salesman; he never pressured me into picking a specific car and was willing to show me all options. Overall, my experience was great as a first-time buyer, I would definitely recommend to my friends.

2014 Toyota Prius review
We bought our 14 Prius used with 10,000 miles. We did do the computer inverter upgrade, no charge at the dealership. We re Now at 106,000 miles and think we have at least another two years. We ve Shipped it to Hawaii and back,& driven coast to coast last year And our mpg is currently 41.5. As high as 50.0 on the trip. The only recurring problem is the passenger armrest has failed at the attachments.

Monty and Nick were a huge help for our family when we started looking for a Tesla for my wife. We looked at over a dozen dealers and they were completely different. They treated us like family and walked us through the entire process of setting up the app and even charging. Amazing service she loves her new model y!
2014 Toyota Prius review
The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

If you know what you want, and have the means this is the place. The Ken and Brian combo is the Best. If you want to haggle about price this is not the place. Prices are set to go against Nationwide market. If you do your research and they have the Vehicle, you're looking for this is the place. In my humble opinion.

We were definitely nervous about going to a used car dealership, but David was great. He was patient with us as we thoroughly inspected the van we eventually purchased, really fair with the price, efficient with the paperwork, and even surprised us by paying for the car's next year of registration. We've had the van for a few months now and have driven it on two road trips (600 and 2500 miles, respectively) with no problems!

Vehicle does everything very well. And it is not as slow as people say it is. It has great acceleration from a light blowing away most of their cars. If you’re in to that.
