Very positive experience buying a car here. The car was in excellent condition (I have visited more than a dozen dealers before I ended up buying a car here), reasonably priced. The services I took my car in for were a few recalls that weren't taken care of by previous dealer, alignment and other various repairs. They are very thorough with their work and the team in the offices recognize your concern and assist where it's needed. One service, I noticed a piece was a little off and they are currently in the process of replacing that piece. Thumbs up.
This dealership is overwhelming with all of the Prius they have in stock. I first called Dan to enquire about a certain vehicle and I became overwhelmed with the amount of hybrids these guys had. I made an appointment to test drive a few vehicles and found exactly what I was looking for. This place is 0 pressure which is a lot different from other places. I really appreciate the positive experience.

My wife and I came in shopping for a Prius and I called these guys to ask about some vehicle availability before visiting. I spoke with Dan and he was able to answer all of my questions and right to the point. I made an appointment over the weekend to check out some of their vehicles and it was a great experience. Chris let us test drive 3 vehicles without any pressure and we had all the time to ourselves (my wife and I) to discuss our options. They sent us over to a credit union which was able to give us a very low rate for a loan. The entire buying process was buttery smooth and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. He also stuck by me through my difficult financing options. Paul is a great asset to your company. I dont even remember the name of who helped me after.
These guys are spectacular. I made an appointment to check out a Prius on their lot. Dan was able to guide me through all of the options available for my needs and I found the perfect 2010 for myself. It was a pain free process. Everything was straightforward and simple.

I called and set up a 5000 mile service on my new tundra. I spoke with Dan Prescott who listened to my concerns, and work to be done, and he set my service appt up and Mark Whitman did the service on my vehicle. Both men were very professional and all work was done in a timely fashion as promised, and even a recall I didn???t know about was taken care of during this appt. I would recommend the service dept at McGee to anyone.
Acton Toyota stands out as easily the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have had. Steve Kiviat was extremely pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions about the car, and was completely transparent throughout the entire experience. He was recommended to us, and he did not disappoint. I will definitely recommend Acton Toyota and Steve to any friends or family interested in a buying or leasing a Toyota.
I just bought a Avalon Hybrid car from Acton Toyota and Mr. Ken White was a great person to work with during the entire process. From the initial exploratory phone call, meeting him in person, test-driving the car, sitting down with him to go over different options, to the delivery of the car, Ken was extremely thoughtful, proactive, transparent, and fair. The whole purchasing experience was pleasant and efficient. It is highly likely that I will do business with him again when we replace our Lexus SUV in coming years. I would like to thank Jack and Wellington for all the assistance with the purchase of my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. I live in RI and my brother has been a customer of Acton Toyota for a long time. I was shopping for a used Toyota due to a hit and run accident that totaled my 2013 4-Runner. My husband and I decided to look at a Sequoia to allow us more room as well as towing capacity. We drove to the dealership on a rainy Tuesday evening and after an hour and 45 minute drive, we arrived at 7:50 (closing time is 8pm). We were not made to feel rushed and were able to check out the 2016 Sequoia and put a deposit down on the vehicle. My brother went in the next day to drive it and thought it was a fantastic vehicle. He has previously owned a Sequoia and was able to attest to the quality and reliability of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to us in RI at the Cranston DMV and the overall experience made the loss of my prior Toyota a little less painful. Thank you to Jack and Wellington.
I was contacted by Steve Kiviat promptly after I made an internet inquiry about a new Toyota Avalon. He invited me to come in and during our visit was extremely efficient and informative in laying out the options and the cars available with the options I wanted. He got the swap team to arrange for me to get me that specific car in just a couple days, with only two available in New England, and then came in during his off hours to help me through the process, and will be with us tomorrow to help set up the console and take delivery. A great guy and a great experience. We have purchased two cars from Acton Toyota in the past, and our very positive experience with Acton Toyota customer service now extends to the internet sales team. Thanks !
I was looking for a Subaru Forester to replace my 10 year old vehicle and chose Autofair for the close proximity to where I live. I was greeted by Serg Orlov when I arrived and he asked what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a new Forester and that I had researched the car models and options and knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive one first and go to my home to ensure it fit in my garage which he happily obliged. Once we returned we went over all the packages of options and he searched for what I wanted. I wanted a blue one and that was nonnegotiable. I knew that meant I may have to alter my options to suit their inventory and I was fine with that because a few items I had not decided on. We found a few and I chose the one that best suited my needs. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and got it for a price I felt comfortable with. Serg was very nice to work with. He answered my questions and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would recommend the dealership and Serg. I was happy to not have to go around to other dealerships to find what I wanted. Everyone we worked with there was helpful and they seemed like a family that worked well together. I look forward to dealing with them for my service needs. After being a 5 time Saturn owner I was not looking forward to having to negotiate to get what I wanted (at Saturn everyone paid the same price for the same car and options so buying was easy and less stressful). Serg made it a wonderful buying experience.
