Was in the market for a used truck, but had no clue what I wanted, until I spoke with Ross..he intently listened to my needs and wants, and suggested a truck that has become our favorite vehicle of all time..What a pleasure to do business with someone who understands the importance of good customer service...The whole transaction was painless for me, because Ross anticipated all the steps that needed to be completed and did most of them for me...all i needed to do was show up with a check... I live in New York, and was initially leery of buying a car out of state, but this is my kind of shopping...Highly recommend this dealership and especially Ross Jefferson, who goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied...

I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. If you known what exactly you want & have a fair price in mind, my two cents is these guy will most of the time meet it or beat it. Thanks Mike for all the help. Happy Holidays to you & your family.
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. The salesman, Glenn Dowling, did a great job! He is friendly, personable and helpful. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy, like a salesman that I encountered at another dealership.
I just bought a Avalon Hybrid car from Acton Toyota and Mr. Ken White was a great person to work with during the entire process. From the initial exploratory phone call, meeting him in person, test-driving the car, sitting down with him to go over different options, to the delivery of the car, Ken was extremely thoughtful, proactive, transparent, and fair. The whole purchasing experience was pleasant and efficient. It is highly likely that I will do business with him again when we replace our Lexus SUV in coming years. I am going to share my personal experience with my friends and recommend Acton Toyota to them for their car buying.
I would like to thank Jack and Wellington for all the assistance with the purchase of my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. I live in RI and my brother has been a customer of Acton Toyota for a long time. I was shopping for a used Toyota due to a hit and run accident that totaled my 2013 4-Runner. My husband and I decided to look at a Sequoia to allow us more room as well as towing capacity. We drove to the dealership on a rainy Tuesday evening and after an hour and 45 minute drive, we arrived at 7:50 (closing time is 8pm). We were not made to feel rushed and were able to check out the 2016 Sequoia and put a deposit down on the vehicle. My brother went in the next day to drive it and thought it was a fantastic vehicle. He has previously owned a Sequoia and was able to attest to the quality and reliability of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to us in RI at the Cranston DMV and the overall experience made the loss of my prior Toyota a little less painful. Thank you to Jack and Wellington.
My car was having trouble just before the holidays and Mark and his crew were able to get me in a loaner to make it home for Thanksgiving. That Friday they were in contact to with me to let me know they were doing all they can to get me in a new car, as I requested. Mark Atkinson did a great job of checking in to see what I was looking for in a new car and delivered. The process was easy and they walked me through every step, which was very helpful. This was a friendly welcoming environment and I would recommend a friend there anytime. Also, Greg was helpful in explaining the features the car had to offer. After a long search it was more than worth the drive to NH to get a decent used BMW. They have some of best prices and both cars I looked at were super clean. Been driving my 3 series for almost a month and am very happy! Mike was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. I would shop here again.
This is the most honest auto sales group I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
I went here to buy a car that had been recently traded into them. They were selling it for way under value ($1k) because it was an "as-is" sale with no warranty or guarantee where buyer assumes all risk- they hadn't checked it and was to be for sale to the public only a few days before sending to auction. Mike was polite and professional even after I'd called nearly a dozen times to ask yet another question. The vehicle came to them inspected, driven daily and seemed to have great condition in person and on the carfax.. it seemed worth much more than he was asking for and nobody had any reason to think otherwise. I brought a car mechanic family member and we went over it, test drove and we both thought it was great. I was ready to buy and I asked to pay for a pre-purchase inspection even though it already had a sticker on it just to make sure I would know if anything needed to be replaced immediately/soon or that was needing attention. Mike, my family member and I all thought there would be nothing major and expected possibly to have minor repairs because it was in such good shape. They were very meticulous and thorough. Initially they found 2 things that were very easy and cheap to fix.. But then they found a bigger issue. They tried fixing it for 2 hours (which isn't at all part of an inspection that only costs $45) and then Mike said he didn't think it would make it home safely without towing and then fixing and didn't want me to take the risk. Any other place would've given it a glance and lied about any issues that found. He did offer to sell it to me at a ridiculously reduced price ($500 for a car worth 3k) WITH the parts it needed included if I wanted to tow it home. They really went out of their way to make sure everything was in good order, letting me know what worked and even offering parts if something didn't. They wouldn't let me pay for the inspection, which I had been prepared to pay for whether I bought the car or not.
They could have just told me "it's fine" like any other auto sales business would've and taken my money.. but they were honest and valued my trust and needs over getting a sale. If they sell you a car and tell you it's good to go, then I be they have really paid attention and fixed any problems they could possibly find.. they really put in their very best to try and earn your respect as a customer!
I went to get a new car and drove out the same day amazing never thought that would happen peter was so nice and helpful he took care of everything explained everything to me step bye step I was so happy the first car he showed me was so perfect for me could not ask for anything better I would tell everyone to go there good prices friendly I am a satisfied customer :)
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Many options for cars, which are in good condition. Went there for a small car and left with a bigger one :) I will recommend it to all potential buyers, who want to get a good car of a good quality which will fit their budget and needs.
I had been searching for a wrangler for a while and then I suddenly stumbled across this dealership. When I called the dealership to see if the car was available Garen told me it was and answered all of the question I had. He even told me he would hold the car for free for me for 24hrs so I could come by and look at the jeep after work! I ended up going that night with my dad to check out the jeep 40 minutes before they closed and Garen came right out with the keys in hand and offered me a test drive! The car was in excellent condition, inside and out! Garen even allowed us to take the car for a few hours to our mechanic in Topsfield to be inspected. He made the process so easy, it was such a relief. Garen is honest and he takes pride in the vehicles he sells, I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars.
