John Chan was patient, listened and took care of us. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell us things we didn't want or need, and allowed us to change our minds midway through. We felt listened too and helped throughout the process - and we love the car. All the financial details, the contact with our bank, insurance and DMV was handled really well. We felt very informed about our purchase. Colt Davis deftly walked us through all the final pieces of the process and was great too. The only thing that could be improved was the detailing before we drove away with the car. The focus was on cleaning the exterior. There was still some dirt, caked on things in a cup holder, etc. on the interior.
What a welcoming dealership! From the moment my daughter & I walked in I felt confortable. No one was pushy, just wanted to help. We spoke with Martin on the phone to let him know we were coming. He listened intently to my situation of ??? I need a car ASAP ??? He said sit back and relax I???ll do all the work soon I was the proud owner of a much needed vehicle! I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Hansel Subaru. I originally intended to get a used car, but when that didn't fit my needs, it was suggested by salesman Corey McGoldrick that I look at the 2017 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Not only did that fit my needs perfectly, but it was in the same price range as the used car I originally came in to see. I love my Subaru and since buying it, many, many of my friends and acquaintances have raved about their wonderful experience as a Subaru owner. I'm happy to be in the Subaru family and look forward to many years as a satisfied owner.
I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.
A week ago I had gone on-line and requested quotes from various dealerships, not knowing exactly what I wanted but there were things that were important to me. Saturday morning (at an appropriate time) Joe Reid called to find out how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he had a couple of models in mind for me to check out, so I told him I would meet him. Mind you I had a list of dealerships to visit and passed a couple on my way to meet with Joe, but I had made a commitment to meet him first. The car I was currently driving was 18 years old and in good condition, but I was ready for something new! My last experience with a dealership was about twelve years ago when my son was 16, and it was so horrible that I never wanted to go back.(That was in the east bay) Joe Reid was so nice and explained everything so well, that to be honest....I didn't want to go anywhere else. We went for a test drive in a model that suited my needs. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something more than I needed or to commit to something that I really couldn't afford. Not for a moment did I feel uncomfortable, in fact every part of my buying experience went so well that I almost thought it too good to be true!! With-in a few hours I drove away in my brand new Hyundai Kona right off the show room floor!!! I love my new Kona and I would recommend Manly Hyundai to anyone whether they are buying their first car or their last. I also want to thank Hasan in financing for being so nice and understanding when it came to making sure I knew all the warrantees available to me and what I could afford. My experience at SFToyota was overall quite positive. The sales person I worked with was Jerel. Unlike some sales people his manner was very easy going and no pressure. I can honestly say the Jerel is the main reason I chose to purchase my car at SFToyota. I am very happy with my new car!
This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.
I went through Costco and this dealer came up in referral. I did everything via e-mail (my preference) up to the point where car was being brought to dealership. After that salesperson had deal and car I wanted waiting for me. A painless, easy and no pressure car buying experience. Go see Marie or Anibal.

My situation was not a easy one by any means but (Scott) was able to get me the JEEP of my dreams at a affordable price with convenient monthly payments that are within my planned budget! The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
We are new parents, with an eight-month-old baby, looking for a reliable car. Our experience at Diamond Auto Sales has been exceptional. Julian Jones showed us around the lot and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When we came upon on a 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon, it was in the midst of getting the suspension repaired. We were impressed by the low-mileage and spotless interior. The price was just above blue book, but it was in beautiful condition. We had auto financing set up with our credit union. Julian jumped through all the hoops the bank required and worked patiently with us throughout the process. The truly exceptional part of the experience was when the airmatic suspension system was showing signs of a leak. Diamond Auto Sales replaced the entire suspension system. We also had a list of small repairs that had been recommended by another local repair shop. And while the mechanic at Diamond was fixing the suspension system they also took the time to take care of a few of these small adjustments (just because we had asked) and at no cost to us! We were overjoyed and so grateful. Julian took pride in making sure that we were truly happy with the vehicle. We really appreciated the integrity, responsiveness, personal care and attention we received at Diamond. Thanks, Julian!
