Overall was great. The only thing was the person who sold me the extended warranty was not very forthcoming. He was vague when answering questions. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I had gotten all the information during negotiations. My car salesperson (Pete A) was easy to work with and answered my questions when the warranty guy didn’t.

No problems. It goes. Comfortable right size for me. Only problem is the battery wore out. The airbags. The light in the panel says malfunction.

AutoNation USA Phoenix Avondale review
I live about three and a half hours from the dealership. When I first contacted them, Lilly Quintero worked with me and helped me by sending pictures to me and a credit application. The car was awaiting parts to repair the driver’s side window regulator. Her enthusiasm and professionalism convinced me to purchase the car and I am going to the dealership to complete the purchase on Saturday, September 19th. I am positively thrilled!

I can’t say enough great things about Mike Bolton! He went above and beyond to help me get out of a truck loan with extremely negative equity and somehow got me into a brand-new truck with a surprisingly low payment. Mike worked hard, was honest, patient, and truly looked out for my best interest throughout the entire process. He made what I thought was an impossible situation feel easy. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and actually get the job done, I highly recommend Mike Bolton!

2016 Toyota RAV4 review
I have owned 3 Toyotas and none have disappointed. The RAV4 is a reliable vehicle that will last longer than most cars as long as you keep it serviced. All I have ever had to do to my RAV4 was change the parts that normally wear out over time like brakes, tires, and battery.

CarMax MurfreesboroReviews
CarMax Murfreesboro review
I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. He has been working there a long time and is perfect at his job. He has integrity and that is the best trait in a sales rep. Very helpful and has a wonderful personality even if he was stressed.

Rochester Volkswagen review
I recently had the experience of working with Casey to purchase a new car at Rochester VW. I have bought many new cars and I would like to say that this was the easiest purchase I have ever had. Casey did everything she could to make sure I got the car I wanted. I will definitely refer her to friends when they are looking to purchase a new car. Thank you Casey for being the BEST sales person ever!!
2016 Toyota RAV4 review
We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!
