Absolutely love the RAV4, good space and a fierce exterior. The engine can be lagging at times and sound “tiny”. Overall, a great vehicle nonetheless!

CarMax KenoshaReviews
CarMax Kenosha review
We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

Schaumburg ToyotaReviews
Schaumburg Toyota review
I bought a RAV4 a week ago from a Toyota dealer in Schaumburg. During my first, unplanned visit to the showroom nearly two months ago, the first person I met was Mr. Darek Gniadek. I wanted to get an idea of the available options and pricing for a small SUV. Without any fuss—and despite the fact that I hadn't made an appointment—Mr. Darek presented various options and price ranges, and showed me a RAV4 model he happened to have on the lot. I appreciated that he didn't push for a specific model but instead objectively analyzed the pros and cons of different choices with me. A week later, we revisited the matter and—without any pressure from Mr. Darek—I was able to choose the option that suited me best. The agreed-upon price seemed fair to me, and it remained unchanged when I picked up the car. I highly recommend Mr. Darek as an advisor and salesperson.

Exelente trato y amables con las personas, fueron amables desde el momento que ingrese al estacionamiento
2019 Toyota RAV4 review
I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

Matt Baker is such a great salesman. I had no idea what I wanted and he patiently pulled multiple vehicles with multiple trims until I found what I wanted. He is professional, relatable and so nice to work with. His follow up was timely and spot on. Probably one of the best salespersons I have worked with. If you want an above and beyond sales experience, ask for Matt Baker.

This was the best experience in all our years of car shopping. Otto B. was very professional and helpful. He thoroughly explained the entire car buying experience to us. His patience is very commendable. Since the purchase he has reached out to us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Our daughter will purchase a car, within the next few months, and we have praised Otto. Thanks again for a job well done.

CarMax WaukeshaReviews
CarMax Waukesha review
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

Serra Toyota MilwaukeeReviews
Serra Toyota Milwaukee review
I was searching for a hybrid Highlander, wanting it in red, and only a few options. Contacting Serra Toyota, I was met by Cheryl Hoffner, who advised me that a red Highlander hybrid was due at the dealership in about six weeks. We looked at the options to be included with this vehicle, and I found I didn’t want several of them. She said the factory could be contacted to remove the options I didn’t want. Sticker price was adjusted, but price was more than I expected. I told her my expected price, and she managed to meet it. Ms Hoffner is very pleasant do deal with.

McGrath Elmhurst Toyota review
Everyone at this dealership creates a great experience. I went to another Toyota dealer closer to me first but they didn't treat me right. I went over to Elmhurst Toyota and they were able to get me into a new Toyota Camry XSE at a great price!
