I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. The place is a little hidden, but they do have an online presence. I did end up purchasing a vehicle about six months ago and the salesman, Piotr, was incredibly helpful. I would give them a full five stars if it wasn't for one small detail. The car was listed as keyless entry, which is does have the capability, but I was only given the valet key and not the remote FOB. That is the only disappointing part of my purchase, other than that my purchase was perfect and I love my vehicle. Would recommend to a friend.
