I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

The agency is clean, competent, friendly, they get things taken care of in a decent amount of time, there are amenities for customers who are waiting, like pastry and coffee, they wash your car as a courtesy, they keep me abreast of service needed in the near future and I have never had to bring the car back twice for the same issue.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Smooth as silk was my experience in leasing my 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross. Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

I live in Northwest Ohio and did an exhaustive search for a few different makes and models of interest. One of my top choices was a white Lincoln MKZ with tan interior. I found one in Akron at Akron Auto Sales. First thought was an hour and forty five minute drive just to look at it. Then I started doing my homework. The car passed all of my criteria especially with plenty of good pictures and a link to the car fax right there. Their cars are personally cherry picked from local new car dealer trade ins and not purchased at auctions. Now I have to figure out if this place is worth my time. With a fine tooth comb I read every review, testimonial and anything I can find on them. Outstanding. They are BBB A+ accredited and never had a complaint in over 30 years. They have a repair shop and mechanics right there to not only back up their warranty but perform service for anyone looking for repair. Very happy with what I found out I made a call and spoke to one of the owners. Dave is an incredibly sharp guy and we had great conversation with not a hint of the car salesperson in him. I liked not having to fend off the usual and customary predatory practices out of the gate. After the call I decided to make the trek. I called back to arrange seeing the car and spoke to the other owner Rachael who is absolutely awesome! She has the most effervescent personality and just like her brother she didn't come off as a car salesperson. Bonus! I am not a fan of car salespeople and am always on guard which is the reason I prefer private owners. Now two phone calls with very nice people don't make a deal but I had all of the reviews living rent free in my head and my intuition told me to take the shot. From the instant you walk through their door you have one minute before your car buying experience and expectations will be changed forever. If you're out shopping and you put on your Teflon suit preparing for the car selling tactics, sales pitches, cloaked scenes you're in for a very pleasant surprise here. Your heart rate will slow, blood pressure will drop and you'll instantly be immersed in a euphoric feeling of friendship and family. Rachael and Dave are phenomenal people with infectious personalities and a mission to carry on a tradition of being different all started by their father who brought integrity, fairness and value to a murky and often shady business of selling cars. I've bought and sold a lot of cars in life and this was THE best experience hands down. I have high standards and it takes a lot to impress me and they met and exceeded all of what I wanted. I did buy the car and made new friends. It was well worth the drive and I truly didn't want to leave. You will not find more honest, trustworthy and likable people. I am not a relative, paid advertiser or the like and am just a guy who had a fabulous experience looking to share why you have to give them a look. They are very different in how they operate. I absolutely am in love with my Rav! The gas mileage is great! I have owned my Rav for years! I just turned over 100000 miles on it. I have not had any big problems with it at all! They don't make cars like this anymore! My RAV is so very reliable! It also does super great in the snow as well!

INCREDIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! The negative reviews I've read here are the polar opposite of my experience! Warm, welcoming environment! VERY friendly staff! Justin ( Sales consultant) was an absolute 10 in terms of professionalism. Matt ( Finance Manager) was the most down to earth, genuine guy I've ever met in finance. I drove all the way from North Canton to purchase my New Toyota, and wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again. My last Toyota had 260,000 miles on it, and I'm sure this one will not disappoint me either. You simply CANNOT GO WRONG with a Toyota, and you CANNOT GO WRONG with purchasing one from this Dealership. Lastly, I noticed quite a few people who have left negative reviews regarding Used car purchases. Words of advice: It's a USED Car!!!! Want peace of mind??? Spend a little extra, and GET A WARRANTY! If you think this dealership wants to sell you a used car that they know is going to be giving you trouble down the road, then you're sorely mistaken. Sure, they are going to want you to purchase an extended warranty. And YES they are going to make money on that warranty! They should! Like any business, they are in business to MAKE MONEY. My personal experience was fantastic from start to finish. The best buying experience is one in which BOTH parties walk away happy. I certainly did.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

Bought new in 2018, have replaced battery and tires in 40000 miles. Been reliable but expected better gas mileage. 29 mpg hwy only 16 mpg in town.
