I could immediately tell that Haas, the father, was a good and honest person who takes real pride in the quality and value of his vehicles. Vicky, the mother, is soft-spoken, kind, and always ready to help with whatever you need. Mike is one hell of a salesman! He always gave me options, listened to what I was looking for, and even kept me in mind whenever a new vehicle hit the lot. And Sara, she is absolutely amazing at what she does. As someone with challenging credit, Sara did everything she possibly could to help me get approved, working with different lenders and continuing to try for me. When you have challenging credit, it can be extremely difficult and discouraging trying to get a vehicle. After going to so many big-name dealerships and constantly being told no, you really start to lose hope. That was around the time I walked into Hawthorne Motors Express. Looking back, it honestly feels like every place I went to before them led me right to Hawthorne Motors Express. It just made sense. One thing I can confidently say is that the quality of their vehicles speaks for itself. The cars I have seen and driven have been in exceptionally good condition. They drive amazingly, aren’t sitting at insanely high mileage, and they have relatively newer vehicles with fair price tags to match. I will always root for Hawthorne Motors Express, and I will always recommend my family and friends come here when looking for their next vehicle. This family has genuinely become friends of mine. 2013 Toyota Venza review
I just bought this 2013 4 cylinder Venza with 126K miles on it. I have the base LE trim. My primary reason for buying it is because I am 6'4" tall and this model does not have a sunroof. All cars with a sunroof have lower head room. The only minor issue is the suspension is very firm and I feel every bump. But that firm ride also makes emergency high speed maneuvers safe. There is no top heavy rocking like most SUVs suffer from.

had Venza v6 AWD limited since new 2013. aprox 48k. Just had to replace original battery. still on original tires, I change oil & filter every 5k, not 10k as indicated in manual. I expect it will easily go to 100k and beyond.

2013 Toyota Venza review
A reliable and safe family wagon. For the first 3 /12 years of ownership, this was our only car and we used it to haul around three young kids to appointments, min-trips, and school drop-off/pick up's. Following the purchase of a second car, this became my primary commuter car for work. Due to covid, the car is only being driven about once a week now. It's the best vehicle we've ever owned.
