The employees at the dealership have done a great job taking care of us. We came from out-of-state, and the process there was very smooth and efficient.

The 4RUNNER is an impressive car and very popular in my area. I would like to have seen more amenities that many of their other models have like: Power liftgate, auto lane safety control, lane warning lights in side mirrors, turning indicator light in side mirrors and relocate trailer plug connector further back towards the rear bumper.

I visited a few days ago and I great a had great experience with Xavier Williams he was very helpful and understanding with I was looking for. I will be back here for another experience.

I purchased a 2020 Corolla about six months ago and overall I love it. That being said there are three things I'd change about it: 1. The audio/CarPlay screen. It's HUGE and can't be moved or adjusted. I'd much prefer a screen that is set into the dash, like in the newer Nissans for example. I drove a new Nissan as a rental recently and the entire dash was set up better than my Toyota. 2. It's really difficult, or rather impossible, to find a place to put a phone mount that doesn't partially obstruct your vision. I found one that is designed SPECIFICALLY for 2020 Corollas that has a mount that snaps into the hazard lights button, but it obstructs the CarPlay screen. It would be nice if in this day and age new cars came with build in phone mounts. 3. The rear window needs a windshield wiper. It tilts far enough back that rain doesn't run off, it just sits there. Turning on the rear defrost helps some, but I bought a squeegee so I can pull off and clear the back window so I can see better when it gets really bad. I'd really rather not have to get out of my car when it's raining to have to clear my window. A rear wiper would have eliminate that necessity.

Purchased our 5th new Toyota in seven years from Greg Erzen for the 5th time. He has worked in a few roles within the Smart dealer system over the years. Currently, he manages the used car sales dept. He has never had a problem helping me with a new car purchase. For this reason, going out of his way to help an old military war dog, he has our business for life no matter what dealer or brand he moves to. Smart Toyota should give that man a promotion and a raise!

I like this vehicle, but I'm just not sure about the Hybrid version. I don't really see that it saves me any money on gas and at only 12,000 miles, the Hybrid battery failed. It took over a week to find a new battery in South Florida where I purchased the car. That battery is $500 not installed. Luckily it was under warranty. I've already replaced the tires at 23,000 because after we moved to Colorado we needed better tires that the OEM ones that came with the car. Every now and again I get a warning when I try and start the car that says, The Hybrid System has stopped working. Please turn the car off and try restarting it. When that happens and it won't restart, good luck!!! Time to call AAA. I also wish this car had or could upgrade to Apply Play. First recall is getting fixed tomorrow for a low pressure fuel pump located in the gas tank. It was a long time before they could find the part to repair the car.

Really good experience. They got me in and out. Would recommend to anyone.

It fits my needs for everything I do. The Safety Features ensure that I’m safe and able to get home to my love ones. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn’t have lumbar support, and long drives can be a pain

By far this is the best small car dealer compare to big and smaller ones I've ever gone to. This is a family-owned business for 20 years located in Madison. Susan who is the owner of this car dealer shop is wonderful. She worked through the approval and purchase process in a timely manner with us. They are very talkative and makes it like you are also their family. Our family car broke down so I and my husband decided to check them out for this 2018 Honda Odyssey. Turned out we made the right choice to go to them for this family car. We loved the minivan. They also have many more luxury and wonderful cars at a cheaper price! Check them out! I will for sure to go back to them for my next car!

Bought 2006 Limited in 2010. Now have over 260,000 miles with no major problems! Love this SUV! Will keep because I hate the 5th gen. 4runners . . . Toyota ruined them with the new design!

This is the 4th car I bought from an excellent sales guy Charlie. Its so nice to just get what I want for a great deal. One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re so happy with our new Corolla, and East Madison Toyota has customers for life.

Car has met all but one of our needs to date. Very economical to operate. Very nice that Toyota has 2 yr.no maintenance cost. Was disappointed after purchase there was no CD player available. This fact was never mentioned during buying process. I suspect Toyota knew this to be factor and advised sales lot to mention this. This will be a definite point for me to inquire about since we vacation requiring hours of driving and not a fan of channel surfing for the entire trip. But still happy with everything else about the vehicle.

An Amazing car, good on gas (i fill up to full and takes 3 weeks to fill up again). Super quiet you don't know that it's on, it has lane departure so you can get back in the lane you're in. What else can you expect from Toyota, one of the most reliable cars on the market rn

Lynn Braun was wonderful to work with when buying our new Corolla. Also Robyn did an excellent job of showing me how all the new fancy technology works. Think my husband and I need to take a road trip now!

Best car we ever owned. Easy to get in and out of easy driving and parking good leg room and head room. I would recommend this rav4 to anyone.

The customer service is phenomenal every time I work with East Madison Toyota. I worked with Russell and ordered my Rav4 in February. Russell's communication was exceptional and he kept me updated on status every step of the way. I picked up my Rav4 on May 25 and couldn't be happier.

I used to own the Infiniti QX60 and loved it in every way. Had to get rid of it because of the famous transmission cvt problems so I got a Toyota. Aside from the interior which is not super sophisticated as the Infiniti, Toyota is a very reliable car. I know engine will always start and the car will always perform. Very comfortable and mileage is great for a V6! Toyota is the best! Everybody else is just an mature.

I worked with salesperson Lynn Braun to purchase my new RAV4 in May 2022. He patiently explained all aspects of the transaction over the phone and through emails. Keeping me up to date on delivery during these unpredictable times of acquiring a new vehicle from the factory. I didn’t meet Lynn in person until the day of delivery. He was waiting at the showroom door to greet my husband and I. Matt handled the no pressure financials and explained any additional extended Warranties so I could determine if it suited my needs. Robyn was the tech guy who cheerfully trained me on how to use the features of this vehicle. The most recent car I bought was was 19 years ago, so a lot has changed. I still love my 2003 SUV but my son needed something different therefore I bought new and gave him my old car. There is a closer Toyota dealer to our house but we’ll drive to East Side Toyota for future car purchases. They have earned my future business, loyalty and my referral. Give East Madison Toyota a try, you won’t be sorry.

It has the advanced safety features that I need. Its easy to drive plus I love how sporty it looks!. I love it! I recommend it to new drivers.

This SUV is the best! I love the comfort, the ride and I feel very safe. I always drove sedans and never realized how great it is to drive a SUV.

I traded in an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport which I loved but lacked the size and storage for a move from California to Texas. I bought this 2019 Highlander with slightly over 20k miles on it. Beautiful copper color, great interior. Two days later we were on our way to Texas with 2 dogs and a whole bunch of stuff in the back. Cargo space is top notch and after 30 hours and 2k miles it exceeded my expectations! Great power and gets great mileage, it was on Eco mode at 75/80 on the freeway going through CA, AZ, NM and Texas. I'm 5'3 and my friend is 6'1 and we both found it very comfortable and easy to drive. My fav feature is the radar cruise control: Even at a high rate of speed it would slow down everytime a semi or car would move over and that happened ALL THE TIME then speed back up like I was doing it. I was blown away. I wish I got the presets and running boards but otherwise, I'm thrilled with this Highlander; it won't be my last Toyota.

Bought a 2019 Camry XSE. CPO. Low mileage lease vehicle. Love the refinement, styling. The I4 has 28 more horsepower than my 13 Camry SE. Better gas mileage thanks to the 8 speed automatic. Toyota hit it out of the ballpark with the 2018 redesign. So glad I got this car!

This vehicle met all my work and play needs. It has been comfortable, reliable, and capable. It has plenty of room for family and friends.

Virtually nothing has gone wrong with my 2020 RAV4. I have a small bit of buyer remorse, because wear hearing aids and there is a lot of road noise in my Rav. The Venza model turns out to be more luxurious and is much quieter. But, it has trade offs, as well. I might have gone with that, had I known. But the Rav is a great vehicle, no actual regrets. Lots of power when one needs it. And the breaking system kept me out of an accident, several months ago, the brakes went on when someone pulled out in front of me from a side road. I was not looking in that direction, and never would have braked soon enough. We recently went on a road trip from Washington state to Southern California and we’re delighted when we got 42 MPG. Great car, no regrets, maybe I’ll take it somewhere for some soundproofing.
