Alejandra and the rest of the team were extremely professional and worked with me in getting out of a lease before the actual end date. I was able to get the car I WANTED!!!!! This is my second car purchased from Curry Hyundai and both times I was extremely pleased with the customer service I experienced. The entire process was handled perfectly and I left the dealership with exactly what I asked for. The car, price, and terms all exceeded my expectations. Due to this level of customer service I am a lifetime customer!
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable with the vehicles features and options. A real pleasure to deal with. His general manager Tom was also a very professional and I would highly recommend that you ask for these two gentlemen in person.
I just don't know where to begin. The sales rep Mark is magnificent. He took care of my mother and then some. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my mother's experience was something she would talk about for years to come. Tom, (manager), also made his presence known. He did what a boss should do and more. We will definitely recommend Lash Volkswagon to everyone we know. I am in the market for a new car and had my mind made up on a different model. However, after the way they treated my mother and witnessing her experience I have been converted to Volkswagon......but not just any dealership. LASH and LASH alone will get my business. Every person there from the service center to the sales floor greeted us with a smile and just took the time to make sure we were good. Thanks for showing my mom love and I look forward to writing another review about my own car buying experience in a month or so. FYI the star selection on this site needs improvement. It doesn't let you select 5 stars on the other categories, only went to 3. The buying process and facility were 5 STARS as well.
I bought a Buick LaCrosse From this dealer about 7 years ago and had it serviced there during that time period. I always found the service staff to be thoroughly professional and, most importantly, communicative. The waiting area is pleasant and I was able to get a ride to work when necessary. While having that Buick serviced, I needed a loaner car and they loaned me a new Envision. I really liked the car and the sales staff gave me a GREAT deal on a lease. This was confirmed by a relative who is in the car leasing business. I continue to have the car serviced at this dealer and I am happy to recommend others there.
They are a great dealership. I sent my father there after I bought my truck and he had the same experience. First dealership I have ever been to where I did not feel taken. I would recommend them to everyone.
Found this car on Cargurus and reached out to Curran. Quick response with every step. Sean (Used Car Mgr) was excellent. Easy to work with and flexible in final negotiations. Reed (Sales) was amazing. Test drive and tutorial on car features was great. Barbara (Finance) worked diligently to finalize this out-of-state purchase. Insurance company I use was hard to reach and instructions were unclear. Worked it out after a few additional calls after I took delivery. Waiting room was a little disappointing but overall, very satisfied.
