Saturday’s are the only time I have to get an oil change and I called places all over near Louisville and no one would take my vehicle. Champion Chevrolet were the only ones that took the time to take my truck in! The customer service was fantastic and the facility was neat clean and not to mention it was fun looking at their large selection of beautiful Silverado’s.
Ryan Burton was just fantastic! Easy to communicate with and extremely friendly. Ryan worked hard to get me the best price for our Escape. He was up against many other dealers and was always willing to go the extra mile to make the purchase an enjoyable experience. He is truly an asset to Tri-County Ford. This morning I received a very sincere touching voicemail from Logan, salesman at cottage auto sales (son of the owner). He was totally apologetic. Not going to blame him or me for the misunderstanding or miscommunication on this care deal. Logan said that he would give me my cash back and the trade in or my car, If that would make me happy. I was in total disbelief or shocked. Used car lots just don't do crazy things like that!!! Logan asked me what would make me happy or satisfied. I told him, and he is going to take care of the issues tomorrow, himself. Logan is only 22yrs. old. Unbelievably!!!!!
I have bought two quality vehicles from this lovely family business. They put their customers first by offering to have your own mechanic evaluate cars from their inventory. Although their haggle-free policy means they don't negotiate on price, I have always found their prices very reasonable for the quality. As long as I live in the Louisville area, I will always look here first for any auto needs I have. It truly is a pleasure doing business with them.

Very nice family. Helpful and patient with the purchasing process. Prices are lower than other similar dealers because of their business model. The price is the price. Don't have to negotiate down because they already start so much lower. Only carry high-quality late model cars (almost exclusively Toyotas). Website very easy to navigate and all the information is readily available.
I trade cars more than I should, which is why I've gone to Cottage Car Sales several times over the years. I've NEVER had a bad experience with the people or their cars. They'll let you drive every car by yourself, no hassle or haggling. They've always given me the most for my trade, and sell theirs for less than anyone else. They'll even let you sit at their computer and TRY to find a better deal, but you won't find one, lol :) I can't say enough nice things about this friendly, family-run dealership. I bought another car today from them, and plan to get my kids one when they're old enough. Thanks again, Cottage Car Sales!
I have recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla for my daughter in June 2016. The owner, Jeff, who was very courteous and straight forward, used no pressure tactics. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and let me test drive the car alone.
Although I found nothing wrong with the car during my inspection or test drive, I decided to take it to a Toyota dealership in Louisville for further inspection and for my own peace of mind. This car passed the inspection with flying colors.
I researched within 100 miles and found this dealership pricing to be very good. Having said this, I did try to further negotiate the price but his PRICE WAS FIRM.
Regarding the dealership, it is a small mom and pop store, run by the family. They have a limited selection of cars, almost all are Toyotas.
Overall, It was a wonderful car-buying experience. They have low mileage, clean cars. If I have to buy another used vehicle I will definitely check them out.

After going to a big dealer we were turned off by the sales games. We decided to try out Cottage Car Sales and what a difference! Great cars, very well detailed and no sales games. Very reasonable prices and really nice people. Go there for a nice slightly used Toyota. You will not be sorry.
The best car buying experience I have ever had! The folks who have this business do a wonderful job of not trying to sell you something you don't want - and how rare is that when it comes to cars. They are knowledgable, considerate and helpful. All of those traits are much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealer.
Came to Crestwood Auto Sales because they had a Honda that was priced below the competition and wanted to make sure it was the real deal and it was. It also came with a power train warranty. I was very happy to make my deal and i will be back.
