A service department that is more like my friend's shop

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
I recently needed to get a new car, I decided to look at Hyundai and see if I could find something that would work good for me. During my time working with Crain Hyundai, Bryan Huddleston answered any and all of my questions (which were a lot!), explained all the details proficiently and honestly, and put me in a car I absolutely love. It was a pleasure working with Bryan and Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville.
Didn’t have a car I needed, however they were very helpful on attempting to find me one. Very polite staff and customer service. The hold time was a little long however I was calling at their busiest hour (according to google)
They had already sold the jeep that we wanted to look at. They said they had a yellow Jeep but they couldn't find it. We might have bought it but they couldn't show it to us. We ended up buying from another place. They need to be more organized.
Thank you for really great service. The guys are friendly And take the time to listen and care about concerns. Love that I got a loaner car and another service date the guys washed my car and vacuumed and that is wonderful service! The service makes the dealership #1. Will highly recommend. Thank you again!
Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. If you are looking for friendly, professional and no pressure salesmanship...ask for Wally. He was so informative on the vehicles and their amenities. So impressed on everything from start to finish on the purchase. Everyone was so friendly! Great experience!
What is most important to you? That is what Jomar ask me when I said I came to look at cars and possibly buy. Jomar continued gently to ask more specific questions and before I knew it I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee which I later purchased. And like it better today!
Very easy and stress free experience buying a new Kia crossover, our first kia and first new car. No pressure. Allowed multiple test drives. Salesperson helped secure a very fair deal including a favorable price for the trade in.
Discussed all available options on leasing/purchase upfront . Clear documentation, no forced up-selling, no shady hidden fees.
Wish all dealers were like this.
This is the best experience I have ever had with a dealer service department. Very professional and kind. Answered all my questions on what my car needed. They even have shuttle service while car is being serviced. Thank you Crain Hyundai of Bentonville!
Traci has sold us two cars in the last three months. He is very detail oriented, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and a really great sales guy!
