I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

Great used cars with low miles..... My daughter bought a used rav4 and KEVIN was great as well as Dave. I would definitely recommend Wellesley Toyota and buy a 2 year old and let someone else pay for depretiation .....lol

As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

This is the most amazing vehicle I’ve ever owned! I love everything about it. The new style is sporty looking and has class. It’s fun to drive and the gas mileage is awesome! The more I drive it the more I love it.

Bought a 2024 XSE Premium recently, brand new, and I could not be happier. Great range, great MPG, amazing creature comforts, and standard safety features. I have already had several people ask me what it was and be completely blindsided when I told them a Prius! The only thing I found is it can be hard to find them as Toyota doesn’t produce many each year, so I was lucky to pay under MSRP.

Just bought Prius Prime Premium with Solar Roof option. OMG!!! So easy, effortless to drive! Fast, powerful!!! All electric for 40 plus miles, GREAT!!! Then Engine and Electric work together, Ie. Hybrid! 220 Horsepower in such a light car is unbelievable!! Handles like a sports car! Put on some sticky tires and it’s well I’ll find out! The stock tires are Yokohama from Japan. Just great tires. No spare tire or Jack set??? Spare tire has to be carried in back luggage area. No room down below where Styrofoam spacer is located! Buy donut spare tire and jack set from Toyota discount parts supplier on internet or at dealership where car purchased: Ask for employee pricing! Why not, you bought the car there for God Sake!

Upon our arrival at Braintree Toyota, we were in the "browsing stage", unsure if we wanted to buy a new vehicle to us. The car rides great and with the plug in feature gives me an extra 25 miles gas free every time I plug in. The instrumentation is a little complicated but once you learn there are many features that are very helpful. Voice activated calling and GPS are my two favorite and also charging my phone wirelessly.

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. This car has a lot of bells and whistles, some of which I don't need. The radio is a disappointment. It can't pick up a radio station 35 miles away.

I recently dealt with Carmax of Norwood, MA. They had a great inventory of cars that I am searching for and very knowledgeable salespeople. The sales staff was very helpful with their product inventory, options and descriptions of their cars. They very very informative regarding their buying processes as well as financing options. I've never had a car so technically advanced. I am convinced that if I asked it nicely, it would make me a cup of coffee and rub my feet. It will take a long time before I unlock all its mysteries.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

Gene Robbins is the best Service manager around. He will do anything he can to take care of you car issue. I had a non warranty covered issue and he worked out a very reasonable way to address the problem. Great job Gene!!

This is my second Prius. I am bullish on Toyota autos. The stereo system is awesome. I purchased this vehicle to obtain great fuel mileage. This model year's Prius generates better fuel economy than the 2007 model I previously owned. The safety features prevent accidents due to unavoidable blind spots when viewing oncoming traffic thru the side-view mirrors. Pitfalls: less rear trunk storage space than the 2007 model. The center console box has less volume. I demanded a donut spare tire when I purchased this model. Not all models have donut spare tires. I do not think this is a auto to have in a cold climate state - - yearly issue of snow/ice and below freezing temps.

However, with a simple TRD air filter and a low noise Magnaflow muffler. I beat up Mustangs and Camaros all day with my 6 speed manual.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.
