2025 Toyota Sienna review
We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.

The customer service here is stellar. The people who run the front desk are kind and patient. The mechanics are amazing and trustworthy. As an older, single woman, I feel safe, knowing that they are honest. From beginning to end of your experience with South Dayton Toyota you will be very pleased if you choose them for any work you need! I would give them 100 stars if I could.

2025 Toyota Sienna review
Pros: Great family car for hauling people or gear. Handles well and has a surprisingly short steering radius. Cons: Not a lot of power and the engine revs are small engine sounding. Rear camera image is grainy. No wireless CarPlay and wireless charger is garbage. Back seat mirror is so small it is worthless. Trim looks a little cheap with some sort of faux wood plastic in the center console.

Paul Sherry Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I have been through several dealerships over the years for sales and service. Only a handful get my repeat business because of their performance. Paul Sherry has received more of my business and praise than all of the other dealerships I've frequented over the decades combined. Keep up the great work!
2023 Toyota Sienna review
Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience purchasing a Toyota Sienna from this dealer today. I worked with Brad (over email) and Morgan (in person). Both Brad and Morgan were great to interact with - very professional, polite, and prompt. Brad gave a competitive quote over email, and Morgan walked me through the sales process. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. No tricks that some other dealers are known for. I cannot comment on the quality of repairs, but I can highly recommend the sales department.
2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Paul Sherry Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My experience with Paul Sherry Chrysler and in particular my salesman, Max Vernau was exceptional. I contacted them through their web site on a Saturday and Max replied immediately, and not with the standard pre-scripted automated reply from an inquiry. He answered my questions, provided a full walk around video and all the details of the truck. I was impressed with his integrity and communication throughout the process. After working out the transaction, I drove the 3 hours to pick up the new (to me) truck and everything was as described. He made the transaction easy, low stress and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Max Vernau to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Dan Cummins Chevrolet Buick of Georgetown review
Buying a vehicle online can be a bit nerve-wracking, but Dan Cummins made the entire process smooth, transparent, and surprisingly personal. I purchased my Jeep entirely over the internet, and from start to finish, the team was fantastic. They were honest, responsive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and they never made me feel like just another transaction. What really impressed me was how much care and attention they put into every detail—photos, descriptions, paperwork, and delivery were all handled with professionalism and integrity. Even from hundreds of miles away, I felt completely confident that I was in good hands. It's rare to find a dealership that combines online convenience with genuine human connection, but Dan Cummins nailed it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase—and I absolutely am. If you're considering buying a car online, you won't find a more honest and caring team than the folks at Dan Cummins. Highly recommended. Wayne.

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. They even fixed a small issue on the van prior to me purchasing. I was treated way better than several other dealerships I looked at. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a car
2024 Toyota Sienna review
The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I’ve owned a Sienna for 12 years. It is very reliable and very comfortable. It is also exceptionally roomy. It has all the comfort of a sedan, plus it has the convenience of having so much more room than a sedan.

Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

Performance Toyota review
Our sales person, Jacob, was very pleasant and knowledgeable beyond his youthful age. We purchased a used 2018 RAV4. I like to haggle, so it took some time to negotiate a price that we were comfortable with. All the employees from Performance Toyota were pleasant and easy to talk with. From our sales person Jacob, to Sterling and Matt in the finance department we felt almost like family. An overall great experience.
2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

I saw an Acura MDX on cars.com. I reached out to the dealership and was assisted by Hunter Adams. He was not pushy, but sen me info on that car and others on the lot. I test drove the car and he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I’m the proud owner of an Acura MDX. The process was painless. Thanks Acura of Marysville for the excellent customer service!

Germain Subaru of Columbus review
My service advisor, Erin, was very helpful. The oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection went smoothly. Unfortunately, a technician broke two lug nuts on my car and my car had to remain overnight. Erin kindly arranged for a courtesy car with no cost to me and comped the six month service. I appreciate her consideration!

Preferred Autos LLC review
I was looking for a nice used car. Something that would last me. Having been to dealers before I was Leary . I saw a car at preferred autos llc. They have a large inventory of quality cars. The owner Pat, made every step so easy that I was driving away before I knew it. Quality cars, quality people!
2022 Toyota Sienna review
This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.
