I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
I have nothing but praise for Ron Tonkin dealership in Portland Oregon. Every person there is professional and extremely helpful. Originally Gordon helped me set up my whole phone system and walked me through every step of the way on my 2013 RDX that I purchased at another dealership.
A few months later I returned to look at a new Acura 2019. Tommy was extremely professional and helpful in every way. He did not apply any undue pressure to buy, but was attentive and keeping in touch with me through the process. He was very knowledgeable about the car and walked me through every step of the buying process and setting up and understanding all the systems with in this vehicle.
I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of my experience!

My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. Edward Swift was attentive and professional. He demonstrated concern for the two issues I presented. As this was only an oil change and inspection, there isn't much to relay. Having access to a new Audi service loaner was a pleasant bonus. As was having my vehicle returned shiny clean and vacuumed. In summary, I felt pampered by the Audi Wilsonville service department and I would recommend them to any Audi owner.
A No pressure pleasant experience. We dealt with one person (thanks Nikole!) through the entire "look" "test drive" "buy" process. There were nice cars at good prices and very helpful people to get us through the process. We liked the fact that the facility was low key, yet clean and functional. My partner and I are certainly going back to Delta as our first stop next time we need a car and we will be recommending them to our friends. Thanks Again !!

I was unable to get transportation to Portland to pick up my car. Rebecca was wonderful and arranged to have the car delivered to the train station in Vancouver where I could pick it up. She spent alot of time with me on the phone making these arrangements and was VERY patient.
ethics and integrity right at the start by being straight forward about the used cars I was testing. Had great connection with customers, for myself and as I observed other customer interaction. They stayed on top of the buying process through to handing over the keys.

we had a great experience with Daniel and the dealership. thanks for taking care of us so well. we tend to avoid buying cars from dealerships and would definitely come back to Wilsonville again. We would have like to have made a donation in the physical area we live, so, this was a little disappointing that they only allowed us to choose a few local ones to them.
It was the greatest car buying experience i have ever been apart of. If you are putting off buying a car cause you cant stand the salesman and the back and forth. Plus being there for hours. I highly recommend giveing the guys at E&J motors a shot.
My experience at Ron Tonkin was excellent. It was my first time buying a new car and Roy Ramirez made it very easy and low pressure. He knew I wanted to stay loyal to Ron Tonkin since their service department has been so good to me over the years. He didn't originally have the car that I wanted but he found it and he gave me a great price. He was respectful and patient and it was a pleasure buying from him.
My RDX developed a rattle in the steering column that was annoying. They found the problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. So happy to be rattle free. The service was top notch!!
