This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. We recently purchased a car from MOG Toyota and overall had a good experience. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean and welcoming. The manager who assisted us was very nice and patient, and the finance department was also great to work with. They made the process smooth and took the time to answer our questions. Unfortunately, the only downside to our experience was with our sales associate, Terri. At times, we felt a bit rushed during the process, as she mentioned having an anniversary dinner to attend. I completely understand that it was Valentine?s Day, but regardless she was on the clock for work anyways. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and we would have appreciated a more relaxed and attentive experience. While completing paperwork and coordinating with our insurance company, we did not receive much guidance on the next steps, which left us somewhat unsure of what was needed. There were also moments when Terri seemed distracted, which made the process feel less focused than we had hoped. She was taking personal phone calls with her family right in front of us. I honestly would have left without the car, but we had already finished signing. Thankfully, Dwayne Jones stepped in when Terri went missing and provided the support and attentiveness we needed to feel confident moving forward. His professionalism and willingness to help truly made a difference in our overall experience. Dwayne and the Finance man made our night! Thank you guys!

I bought a Toyota CHR 2021 model 4 years ago. It was a demo with less than 1500 km's. It is reliable, comfortable and sleek. The only thing I dont like with the vehicle are handles at the back, but overall good performance and it is a good buy.

Great in mileage. Looks great. Performance is amazing. I don't like the fact that you can't use GPS, remote start, location finding, etc without subscribing monthly. Also dont like Toyota's spying, as they actually say they will supply all of your driving info like speeds, stopping, behaviors, locations travelled to, driving habits, etc. to all law enforcement and all insurance companies that request the data. That is just plain "1984" control and interference with privacy. They might as well be the CCP or other dictatorship.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

The transmission failed at 112,000 miles and it costs me $8500 to repair. I expect Toyota Highlander transmission would last at least 200,000 miles but I found out that the transmission is not made in Japan like my old Highlander, but it was made in the USA. People who buy Toyota expect major components such as engine, transmission, are made in Japan with zero defects, but when major components are made in the USA, quality suffers.

As always, the service at Toyota was great. Every detail of my service was explained to me. They even recommended new wiper blades. Great job!!
