This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

When I search for a vehicle, I look nation wide. My wife and I will fly in and drive home, making a trip of the purchase. When we saw the Certified Toyota Highlander Hybrid at Fred Haas Toyota World in Houston we called right away. We were connected to Diego Andrade. He is a great person to do business with. Diego sent us pictures and videos of the car and handled all the paperwork perfectly. With the airport - IAH - a few miles from the dealership, we were ready to Uber a ride there. Diego wouldn’t let that happen. He picked us up at the airport in his personal vehicle! 4 hours later my wife and I were on the road enjoying the beautiful Highlander (getting 36 MPG) traveling thru east Texas and up through Arkansas. The names from used cars: Dax, Ronald, and Mr. Lee! I don't have perfect credit, alot of money, or time but they made the experience great. Dax and Ronald got me a great car and Mr. Lee got my down payment and monthly payment lower than what I expected. They have patience and treat you like you're a plus customer. My 4th car from there. I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

This 2008 is my 4th 4Runner it just clocked over 211,000 miles if you maintain them they will last a long time. I also have a 1998 with 183,450 miles it was in a garage for ten years only driven a few times a month. They are both great vehicles and I purchased both new, I’ll pass to 98 on to my grandson once he can start driving in 12 years.

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

When I arrived at Echo Park I was frustrated. I'd just had a horrible experience with Baytown Ford. Noe and Austin were extremely helpful and worked with me to find a vehicle and deal I was happy with. Would recommend both Echo Park and Noe to anyone seeking their next vehicle

I found a 2017 Ram 1500 here. I was looking for exactly that trim for a long time. Fixed up the interior a bit, but mechanically it’s perfect. Serious truck, in the city it feels like a tank.

My experience at Fred Haas Toyota World has been the best and quickest I've ever had when purchasing a new car. I recently bought a 2025 Sienna, and Mr. Kamran Durrani assisted me throughout the past month in reserving the vehicle and completing the purchase. This was the first time I felt truly indebted to the sales representative for helping me buy a car. Ms. Jennifer Welch from finance was exceptional, as she not only engaged in negotiations on already reasonable prices for the warranty packages I needed but also demonstrated kindness, efficiency, and speed in finalizing the deal. For context, I've exchanged over 20 cars in the last 20 years, so I speak from experience. Mr. Durrani is outstanding—fair and logical in his approach. He even showed me a used Sienna before I decided to reserve the new one, and allowed me to reserve the New Sienna without the $500 deposit required for reserving the minivan. Why is this significant? Let me explain. More than a year ago, at another location of Fred Haas Toyota (Fred Haas Toyota Country), I had paid $500 to reserve a Sienna in a color I particularly wanted (Brown, which is no longer available). However, after more than three hours of negotiations—where I found the price-inflated essential-to-me warranty packages—at the dealership, I was unable to finalize the purchase. They refused to refund me the $500. I distinctly remember driving home about 40 minutes at night time with my wife beside me, feeling embarrassed and disappointed, promising myself I would never visit that dealership again. I hope they found some value in that $500 (I say this sincerely, not sarcastically).

I went for a 2019 Camry, called while driving, Beau Falk got the car ready, cleaned , tank full, paper work ready. Best experience I had buying a car.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

It’s a great practical car. No frills, reliable, and spacious. Very efficient given its size and space. Is it going to win any competitions for speed and luxury? No. But will it get you from A to B with a bunch of space, slowly sipping on gasoline? Yes!

Just bought this 2019 from a dealership. At first I couldn't believe the mileage...170 miles...until the dealer explained it came out during the height of COVID and sat at dealership for 3yrs. This current dealership bought it at an auction with only 170 miles! Once they advertised, I jumped on it! I've always liked the style and the quality of Toyota cars. I had a sports car prior to thus and I can tell you there is a BIG difference in the cost of gas and mileage. It's sleek, roomy and I LOVED the colorit came in (Electric Blue). It was kind of pricey for a 2019 but it was definately in NEW condition!

The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.
