I had written an earlier review dissatisfied with the fulfillment of promises made when I bought my subaru. After I contacted the sales manager, everything went very smoothly. If the service had gone well from the beginning, I would give 5 stars. As it is, a customer shouldn't have to contact the sales manager to have promised services delivered. They are very accommodating, and really tried--I'm sure that their process will improve.
Promised a lot of perks when I bought the car, such as free starlink for a year and free door dent/ding repair for a year. The salesperson didn't give me the codes for starlink for about a month. Now that I'm trying to arrange the free dent repair, I'm getting the runaround, asking for warranty information (which I was never given or told about) and having to call multiple people, none of whom are available. Huge hassle.
Both Kathryn and Laura provided friendly & professional service while servicing my 2017 Seirra 4×4. My truck was previously waiting for 4dys untouched at the dealership I purchased it fromthough I was told it was being triaged. Kathryn understood my frustration, kept me informed and had my truck repaired all in a timely manner within a couple of days. Their honesty and excellent service gained your dealership 2 new customers. I will now have all my service and hopefully future purchases at Nyle Maxwell in Round Rock.
I bought a used Rav 4 there. When preparing the vehicle they noticed a damage not necessarily obvious to the naked eye and contacted me. After examining the vehicle we decided I didn???t wanted the car. They were extremely courteous showing us other similar used vehicles. Then they gave us a incredible offer on a new RAV4 that we couldn???t reject. They performed as a team of used cars salesmen, new cars salesmen and the managers definitively do their best to get you a great deal. Salesmen are very professional and care about their customers and the good name of the dealer. For the new Rav 4, Mr Miguel Vega took care of us, for the original used Rav 4, Mr Bernal took care of us.
I have bought and leased many cars over the years. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did yesterday at David McDavid of Austin. All of them were extremely courteous and so helpful. They spent a lot of time working with me and when it was all said and done I felt they were extremely fair. This was overall the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I love my new Acura and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership.
I have always hated buying a new car; the entire process....but not this time!! We had been researching cars for the last 6 months or so and had it narrowed down to a few luxury and non-luxury brands. End of day, we drove two luxury vehicles and loved both but liked what Infiniti had to offer in a third row mid-size suv. I also know how much my friends liked not only the cars but the dealership. The process was super simple and painless. I enjoyed not spending all day doing paperwork. The Team was even great with my daughter and included her in the process and helped give her something to do while we waited. Thank you for everything!
We moved to Austin last year and have had our Porsche serviced @ Porsche Central Austin. The service staff has always been superb. Timely, friendly and professionally. When our lease is scheduled to be due next Feb, we decided to look around for other potential cars. We looked at the Alfa Romeo 4 C and also were interested in a Maserati as well. At the end, given the positive experience we have had, we came back to Porsche Austin. Was greeted very warmly by Shaun Jones and decided to get a convertible this time. Shaun and the sales manager, Taylor Amos did a FANTASTIC job to get us a great deal and we walked out with another Porsche.... We can't say enough about how great this dealership and their people are
Fantastic experience working with Michael Frohlich. Very friendly and knowledgeable person with excellent followup after the sale. I owned a Saab few yrs back and my experience was really bad so I was not fond of swedish products but this car and service facility was surprisingly good experince.
Working with Jacob, especially, and Shannon. This was a long process, nearly a year, where we test drove a lot of cars from different makers. We kept coming back to Volvo. Jacob worked with us several times, answering a lot of questions, as we came to realize that the XC60 was the better choice for us, not the 40 -- and the XC40 is a stunning and brilliant car. There was no pressure, no sense of used car sales guys with slicked back hair. This was collaborative, a conversation.
Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
