This entire process not only went the way we expected, but efficiency and attention to our requests were attended to by Randy Janjuh so well, that it seemed that we were just speaking with an old friend. His knowledge of the benefits and features of the vehicle we wanted was impressive, but for his team to find a car in the area that we wanted, then Randy personally driving to that dealership and getting the car back to his dealership so we could complete our transaction, was going above and beyond what we could've imagined. We got the price points we wanted, the terms, and most of all, a dealership that listens and values their customers. Thank you Randy and team!

Had such a fantastic experience working with Randy online and in person. All my questions were answered quickly and I wasn't constantly being called like I was with other dealerships. Got offered a great deal online on my new Crosstrek and the customer service only got better when I went in to finalize the paperwork. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful, I'd shop here again in a heartbeat. They really mean it when they say they want everyone to feel like family.
Amanda outworked, secured the Impreza that I wanted at the price I requested, all over the phone and email. She was fast, honest, and I was out of the dealership within a half hour. Best part was that she obtained the Impreza from one of the competing Subaru dealers that I was trying to work with.
Michelle Smith did a great job of finding me the CX5 I wanted. She had the color I wanted waiting out front for me when I got to the dealership and ran numbers for me on similar models so that I could make the best choice. Michelle was also very friendly with my 6 year old son and made sure I was able to find a vehicle that included the free IPad promotion for him. She also made sure the buying process was handled quickly. Thanks Michelle!!

We went to the dealership knowing we wanted a Subaru. Michelle Smith was awesome! She went over the specs of each of the cars we were interested in and discussed each one with extensive knowledge. We were very impressed! She got us a great deal, located the exact car we decided upon, and had us through the process in record time. We drove our new car off the lot that very night. I was shopping for a new CRV and contacted AutoNation Honda in Valencia CA through their website. In my email I asked for a price on the 2018 CRV EX. I quickly received an email from Gidomer Francia with a price that was very favorable. And that's the reason I drove 25 miles to AutoNation in Valencia, bypassing numerous dealers closer to my home. Gidomer's straightforward answer to my email immediately set AutoNation apart from the other dealers. Because the other dealers, when asked the same question, all wrote back with some variation on the following theme: "We're going to give you a really great deal. Please give us your phone number so we can call to tell you all about the deal." And when I met Gidomer and the others at AutoNation, it was clear to me that they were interested in getting me the car I wanted at a good price, with no hidden fees or add-ons. And, everything they told me they would do, they backed up in writing and delivered on it. I don't think it's possible to have a better car buying experience than the one I had with Gidomer at AutoNation Valencia. And I'm telling all my friends about it.
In my opinion Rydell Chevrolet is one of the best car dealer in Northridge. Every time that I need help they are there for me. I really recomende Rydell to all my friends. Keep the good work, and thank you for being a nice and professional people.

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.

Jesse Trujillo really knows the cars inside and out. When we went on a test drive he went over the car features. When I purchased the vehicle he went into great detail of every feature on the car. Jesse is polite, personable and does not over power you like some dealerships.

16 months ago a new starter motor was installed in my older model Ford F-450 work truck. For whatever reason the replacement part failed prematurely at a very inconvenient time. We desperately needed this truck for picking up merchandise which will be shipping overseas on a container going out next week. Originally, I was told the truck wouldn't be ready until Monday or Tuesday but after hearing our predicament my service writer and the service manager worked together to expedite the repairs. I picked up the truck on Saturday much to my surprise and relief. And to top it off they covered it under warranty! Star Ford is the best!
