Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. 2015 limited edition. purchased used in 2020. This is my 4th Toyota Van. 2 Previa's and 2nd Sienna. Obviously love the space, reliability, comfort and safety. Issues are: As noted in the Cars.com review, the engine is very noisy at highway speed and for some highway surfaces you may not even be able to carry a conversation with your partner sitting next to you! The Stereo isn't that great maybe due to excess outside noise or electronic interference. The Gas Door stuck closed on me. I had to pry it open, now it's loose and I have to be careful in pushing it back in place. Dealer was no help regarding a recall or warranty, and body shop was talking over $1000 to only do the paint work. I did have a fuel leak thru the rubber hose where it mates with the fuel tank that I noticed because I smelled fuel driving it from the dealer where purchased. So much for the 172 pt inspection! Problem was actually a metal rib which sits against the rubber hose and slicing thru, so I hammered the rib away from the area and put a new hose on and that fixed it. Go to the sienna forum for pictures. Also added a trailer hitch from etrailer for the occasional needs. V6 Engine itself has plenty of power and is trouble free. Overall, I love the ride, interior volume and reliability. All my garage tools are collecting dust because I don't get a chance to use them! You can put more in a minivan than in most trucks and close the rear door!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

There has always been a little confusion on the location of the accelerator and the brake pedal. Sometimes I think they’re too close together and sometimes the foot slips off of the brake pedal and hits the accelerator which is dangerous.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲
