I bought a Subaru Forester from Metro Auto Sales and it was a fantastic experience. Denis was exceptionally nice. He let me test drive more than enough and provided all the history/details of the car. Purchasing process was a breeze. Used cars are tricky to find but this is the place to go if you are looking for one. I hope to do business with them again and recommend to anyone looking for a car!

North ImportsReviews
North Imports review
I recently bought a car from North Imports, and the level of service was top-notch! I didn't feel the typical "you need to buy this car" sales pressure you normally get at some dealerships. They were able to answer all my questions and showed me several makes/models that fit my car needs. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end, and I would be more than happy to buy another car from them in the future.

Great dealership. Sergey was very responsive and honest. Bought a 2021 salvage from Sergey and the vehicle was perfect. They did a great job rebuilding this vehicle with some minor damage from a deer hit. When I did notice a problem with one of the headlights after I bought, Sergey responded quickly and replaced the whole headlight at no cost. Don't let his location dissuade you. Sergey runs a 1st rate dealership and I will definitely be coming back.

I bought a 2010 White Subaru Outback from them in 2013 w/60k miles fo 16k. I had an issue after the purchase. They fixed it. After they fixed it I had another car issue. They didn't fix it, but it was minor and under manufactor warranty. I just junked the car 6 months ago w/ 260k miles. Blown head gaskets. They even brought the car to my job to test drive. . Overall experience was good. They were nice & professional. Good memory.

They are up front that ALL of their vehicles have had some sort of damage, and salvage titles. We found a nice car there and we were treated very well and answered all our questions. The deal was easy to make and we hope to have this vehicle for many years.

He was so helpful and kind. We were hesitant about going there after reading the reviews, but we were very pleased and bought a great car.

We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and they had several to choose from. Cynthia was most helpful in explaining the features and guiding us through the entire process from the financing to the test drives. Was not expecting to drive away with it that day, but everything went smoothly. Exceptional service from your sales person, Cynthia. Would highly recommend!

CarMax Knoxville review
Most professional group of people I have ever worked with ! Financing was awesome, fast and efficient . I have never bought from a dealership that had me in and out within 2 hours. No Pressure ! No Hassle ! I was VERY impressed with my experience today . I am even more impressed with the GREAT deal I got on the Dodge Ram truck I drove off the lot with . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle and I will be back in the future . Pay no attention to some of the petty reviews written here and I noticed there are a few . Go down use some common business sense ,do your research before you buy , and you will find Car Max has it all !
