When I initially pulled up at the dealership, they had so many options to choose from. Walking into the front door you were greeted by the receptionist right away, who took down my information and got me over to a sales person immediately Kayla was so helpful. she immediately pulled up the vehicle that I was interested in got pulled up for me to do a test drive after the test drive we kind of went in a different direction for more space with a vehicle she was able to pull up the equinox that they had on the lot. Immediately went through the ones that they had kind of gave her information about how much we were trying to put down and what we wanted the monthly payments to be and we went ahead with the 2022Chevy Equinox. She immediately pulled the car up for us to do a test drive when we got back from the test drive. We did let her know that it was the vehicle that might fit our family. She immediately went over the Carfax report with us and was so helpful with getting things to the finance department and getting us approved for the vehicle. Kayla’s customer service. I will give her a 10 out of 10 it was the best experience with searching for a new vehicle that I’ve had in a long time.

I love everything about this vehicle! Was upset when Dodge stopped making the Caravan, but this one filled the void nicely. Great price as well.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Picked up my GMC Sierra 2500 from Bob Caldwell and couldn’t be happier. Even though it’s a Dodge/Ram/Jeep dealer, the deal was smooth and drama-free. I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

The hybrid makes a lot of sense because of the overall mpg. That drives a lot of the value we derive from this van. I would probably purchase another newer model if the overall electric miles substantially increased.
