We narrowed our car search down to a couple Subaru models, and then used a local, unsanctioned Subaru website to research all the tradeoffs and options. When it came time to snag a specific car, we got quite a range of quotes from Western Washington dealers. Joe Spitz, at Carter Subaru Shoreline, offered a discounted price that was far less than the next lowest quote for the same car. His proposal wasn?t even in the same league as the much higher fixed prices used at some Subaru stores. So we got the exact vehicle package we were seeking, for a model that is in very high demand, and paid a deeply discounted price that made a joke of the ?true? car values listed by the various car buying websites. I have pretty high expectations when I?m about to be parting with a lot of money. Our sales consultant, Joe Spitz, impressed me as the kind of guy who eats, sleeps, and loves the Subaru brand. Joe not only exceeded all my expectations, but he also significantly lessened the amount of money I had to part with :)! His candid and thorough response to my questions, and his use of just the right amount of humor, made the buying process downright enjoyable. He has really earned my respect. I had an excellent experience buying a used car from Kevin Solinger at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. They gave me the carfax and a rundown of the maintenance they had performed on the car upfront. I took the car to be inspected at a nearby mechanic and they didn't find anything unexpected. I would buy from here again. The only thing I didn't like is that they do vin etching to every car on the lot, so they force you to buy the upsell. They also push the maintenance plan pretty hard just as you are finalizing the purchase. But overall I had a good experience with them and they seemed completely straightforward about what they were giving me, even highlighting the upsell charges to make everything crystal clear. They made it easy to get a car loan through BECU, and the whole process was simple and reasonably quick. Kevin was friendly and never pushy. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
2019 Honda Odyssey review
My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

It was one of the better experiences I have had buying a vehicle. I walked in knowing what I wanted so that may have helped a bit, but when the salesman i approached knew i was pretty serious he jumped into action. The whole trade in evaluation went quick, the price offered was right on, the sales manager worked the numbers for the two Trucks I was looking at and the different payments and loan durations, monthly payment was my target, sales Manger, terry, even took the time to find one more discount I qualified for. Then came time to sit with Jennifer, she was a pleasure to work with and knew I was not a newbie, I typically do not buy extended warranties, but she worked some magic and was able to get the warranty where I needed and the payments to fit my range. I was open to it this time,because of the complexities of the truck and I feel I got screwed by the last truck builder. So my hats off to Jennifer, Terry and the crew. I am very proud to have this GMC in my driveway. Thank you. Oh and the parts staff were great, I bought some accessories and they called me the minute they showed up and even carried them out to the truck for me. Not a lot of parts dept people do that in my experience.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys

Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
