Was a wonderful experience!! Can’t say anything long term about the car, but it was the first time I had bought a car/gone to a dealership for myself. Trade in was SMOOTH! Got a good deal for my old buick and got a NICE upgrade to a 2023 subaru!! In love with it and all its features! Was greeted within minutes of walking into the dealership and was assisted immediately. Got to test drive in 10 min. Fell in love with the car i wanted to see and was out the door with the keys in 2 hours!!! (Thanks, Renat!) Very kind employees and very thorough process!!

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Jeff was great, as has been Ray in prior visits. The waiting area is comfortable and they send you a video of their inspection with commentary during the service. All the staff are helpful and courteous, and the online portal works well.

I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.

Went into Ryan’s Auto mall after looking at a few other dealerships and so happy I decided to stop in. John was my sales person and he was awesome! I would and will be recommending Ryan’s auto mall to my friends and telling them to ask for John!

Didn’t pressure you into anything, knowlergable about the vehicle. Looked at it on a Saturday late afternoon, came back on Monday to pick up the vehicle and it was shiny clean and ready to go.

I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Had a great experience dealing with Anthony as my online sales agent. He was knowledgeable and helpful through the process which we essentially did entirely online, via text and via phone call. Negotiated a good and fair deal and when I showed up to purchase the truck (and see it for the first time, it was exactly as advertised). The hybrid makes a lot of sense because of the overall mpg. That drives a lot of the value we derive from this van. I would probably purchase another newer model if the overall electric miles substantially increased.

The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Very clean and they know the cars on their lot. Cars are very clean too. would definitely recommend this dealership. Cars were priced fairly from all the cats I've looked at.

They made us feel at home, without pressure. Buying the car was a breeze. Although they used the paper forms, it was way less time than the last car I bought with electronic signatures - they were so organized and efficient. The car was super clean. Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.

it has 3 charge ares and a lot of seats for my family i have a wife and 12 children so we fit in the van perfect

I tried to look at cars at many other places and no other dealerships would even try to haggle, some said their policy is not to haggle. I'm buying a car so haggling is kind of part of it. North town auto sales was very reasonable with their price and when I saw the car the price came down even further because of minor wear to the vehicle like any dealership should.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. I purchased my van over 10.5 years ago and it had 14k on it. Its now has 167k miles and still working fine. Had to replace the trans, engine mounts (2 times), and a couple of other things - I think I have spent about $6.5k since I purchased it. But over all it has been a great family van. The backup camera has stopped working consistently and the front seats are waren but other than that it’s great. It’s now time to replace it as I’m having trouble getting it to pass its smog but overall it’s been a great car and would recommend - drives great
