This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.
