Thompson Buick, GMC, Cadillac review
From the moment I arrived, Mike elevated what I expected from a dealership experience. He was attentive, respectful, and thorough in addressing my needs. His communication was clear and confident, which built immediate trust. The dealership itself maintains a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that allows you to feel at ease throughout the process. If professionalism and quality service matter to you, ask for Mike Peters. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless experience. Thank you Mike!

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Corwin Ford of Springfield review
Shout out to the entire team at Corwin Ford! I spent weeks trying to find a truck with the features I wanted at the price I could work with. I searched nationwide to find the right deal, and I happened upon Corwin Ford. From the moment I reached out, Jay Wasson, along with assists from David, Andrew and Alex, helped guide me through the process, found some savings that I didn't know I qualified for and the deal came together within a day. I even made the trip from multiple states away to come pick up the truck. Once there, I was in and out of the office in about 90 minutes. Super smooth process and I would recommend to anyone. I will certainly look to them again in the future!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I want to share the good news of the exceptional car buying and customer service experience. Brody Eason and Derrick Pearson was remarkable. Their incredible customer service and support through my vehicle selling and purchasing was outstanding. Awesome professionalism and detailed knowledge of the process of selling and buying made the situation so smooth and stress free. Their attitudes reflected great pride and passion for their careers. But, the embodied of valuing people. Providing amazing service, offering the best experience for me. Simply the Best.
2016 Dodge Grand Caravan review
The Dodge Grand caravan 2016 R/T is a unique and safe vehicle. All it needs is care and attention. If you change oil on time and do not allow any fluid to run low your chances of having a long lasting vehicle is truly good. Maintenance is the key.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

James River FordReviews
James River Ford review
James River Ford is a top notch dealership. We live in California and found a dream vehicle there. We called and spoke with Brett Williams, he was amazing and kept the process simple. The next thing you know, we jumped on a plane and headed to Springfield Missouri. Brett picked us up at the airport and gave us some history of the area along the way. It only took less than an hour-ish to get the paperwork sorted out. We felt so welcomed there, and the whole experience was amazingly awesome. I wish every purchase would go as smoothly. It was a fun trip home. Ron & Joyce from California.

Didn't take long to get everything finalized either!!

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

MotorWerksReviews
MotorWerks review
I recently purchased a GX from Kip at MotorWerks, and the entire experience was outstanding. I bought the vehicle sight unseen from out of state, which can be stressful, but Kip made the process incredibly smooth. He was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive from start to finish. He even arranged for a third‑party inspection at another dealership, which gave me complete peace of mind. The level of professionalism and care he showed is rare, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Kip at MotorWerks to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional buying experience.
2021 Ford Transit Connect review
Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Frank Leta Acura of Springfield review
We bought a vehicle from Tony. The buying experience was one of the best we have ever experienced. We were in and out with our new car in 2 1/2 hours. Tony took the car we were purchasing and filled it up. He and Jean Luc, the finance man worked hard to get us the best deal they could, and we left paying less that what we were first offered. We highly recommend them both!
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Melton SalesReviews
Melton Sales review
Before I visited Melton, I truly hated the process of car buying. This was mainly been because of my experience with typical car salesmen. I was tired of being disrespected because I couldn't afford a brand new car. MELTON CHANGED THAT! I was treated like a valued customer even though I was probably buying the cheapest vehicle in their lot. They did everything possible to make my deal happen and to treat me fair, kind, and with respect. I will be happy when it's time for me to shop for another car because it will mean that I can return to Melton for another wonderful buying experience. I drove off their lot with a sense of pride in my purchase and appreciation for the entire Melton team. Thank you for finding a reliable, cute vehicle that fit my tiny budget. My kids and I are forever grateful. I have and will continue to recommend you to everyone in need of a car.
