Friendly and helpful folks. Price was as advertised without haggling (and in my case, will priced), car I came in for was available for test drive at my appointment time, and paperwork for purchase was efficiently handled. Good experience at the sales level! As with all used cars I was a little concerned about the sales process, but in this case things were low pressure and seemingly free of sales gimmicks. Appreciated they didn't try to sell me 5 extras and tack on dealer fees. It all just kinda went to plan.

Chapman VolkswagenReviews
Chapman Volkswagen review
After my recent experience, I felt compelled to leave a review because exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized. From the moment I called Chapman Volkswagen, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. My service advisor, Ty, was outstanding. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and made me feel like my concerns truly mattered. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I also want to recognize Service Director Doug Attig. It’s clear he has built a team that values communication and customer care. After recently experiencing the complete opposite at another Volkswagen dealership, the difference was immediately noticeable. Thank you, Doug and Ty, for restoring my confidence. Chapman Volkswagen has absolutely earned my future business.

There are things in this life that should be a great experience like buying a car. The team at New Century VW knows this and makes buying/leasing/maintaining vehicles easy and enjoyable. They understand your needs and go the extra mile to meet them. Carlos at New Century VW is the best. You think your guy is good? Carlos is better. Chris in Finance took great care to walk me through everything and I was in and out in no time. VW has great cars and great hospitality.

This dealership is amazing! 🙌 I honestly can’t thank them enough — the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I told Shikara exactly what I wanted, and she made it happen with no stress. Big thanks to David as well for making everything come together. If you’re looking for great service and a team that really listens, this is the place to go!
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

University Mazda review
I bought a VW Golf GTI in 2008, and another this year (a 2019 model), and both experiences were pleasant and relaxing (certainly compared to any other car buying experience). They had several models in stock with stick shifts both times (almost impossible to find at any other VW dealers in NM), and one we selected (GTI with Autobahn package) is beyond any car I've ever owned. And the price we paid was a great price according to every online resource I've found. I can't speak about the service department because I live in Santa Fe.

Best experience ever in purchasing a car! I have bought a few, but have never felt more comfortable and I pressured to buy now than I did here. Every step of the process was pleasant and the car!!! A Mazda CX-30 Premiere in The most beautiful paint is still impressing me! Soul Red Crystal-Mazda can’t be beat in the paint department! The driving experience and the technical features are top-notch. Then there’s the Bose stereo system…Wow! Immanuel in sales, Crystal and Jeff in financing were outstanding in every single way in their customer service skills! Sometimes you either have it or you don’t and as far as I could tell, it seems they all had all the skills and personality you’d ever need to help anyone feel welcome and comfortable in all ways! Needless to say, I’m very happy with my purchase!

New Century Volkswagen review
I have purchased 2011 Tiguan Used. Phenix and Carlos were extremely helpful. They've answered hundreds of questions very patiently. They have helped me to get a great deal. When the car needed some repairs within few weeks, Phenix and Pedro from the Service Dept acted very quickly. And they gave me a temporary car. There are few minor issues, however. The financing person does not explain anything unless you ask him. And he speaks very fast, so I had a very difficult time understanding him.... Also the customer service couldn't find my order. I had to wait about an hour at the shop to get it. Lastly, no one told me that my Tiguan 2011's rare bumper looks different than others, not in a good way. I wish someone had told me about it before I purchased it. It wasn't gonna change my mind, but I'd appreciated an explanation. I still don't know why it's different....
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I have many good things to say about the ID.4. I've only owned it for about 500 miles so far, and I'm happy with the performance, comfort, features, and feel of the car. I cannot attest to its reliability given that I haven't owned it for long enough.

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

I love this car! Have had it for 7 months. Very comfortable, charges quickly. The ride and performance are the best I have ever driven!
