I am writing to tell everyone about the very positive experience we had buying our Tiguan today at Fairfield Volkswagen. Madi (sorry I lost her business card and can’t remember her last name) was super helpful and friendly. NO high pressure sales here! i just love how easy and pleasant they made buying a car and really working with us to get a great deal! I will definitely go here again and recommend their place of business to everyone I know!

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. Please go see him you will not regret this choice. Thanks Daniel!

9/2017 purchase offered significant dealer and MFG discounting....................OTD Jetta S with the manual shift was $1437.05. At 68,000 miles I've not had a single issue. Fuelly says just under 41 MPG in 35/65 city/highway use. My best highway miles Sacramento - LA round trip was 50.3 on Interstate 5. esshift5

Robert my salesman was incredible in helping me. Took his time out of multiple days to make sure that my experience was everything it needed to be… I honestly have never had such good service from a dealership before. I was in a bad situation with my old car and they acted out of good faith to help me get into a new car safe for my child and I, even with not the greatest credit score! I appreciate this dealership more than you’ll ever know and we will be back for future cars !!
2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

Abby was excellent in keeping me up to date on what was happening during the servicing and repairs on my vehicle.
2021 Volkswagen Jetta review
I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I bought a 2019 Jetta SEL in July of 2018 right when it came out. I have now owned this vehicle for 5 years and put 116,000 miles on it. I love it. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have had no major issues other than a bolt coming lose around 69k miles near the timing belt which was under warranty and fixed with no charge. On long trips I have gotten up to 53 MPG but average high 30's day to day. I cannot say enough great things about this vehicle.

If you are seeking a VW or a used car for that matter go to this dealership. Ask for Kevin Turner! He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with at a car dealer. As a matter of fact, my wife and I bought 2 cars from him within 3 months' time. The dealership is awesome and everyone there seems to really care about taking care of the customer. If you are like me and like no-frills then this will be the place you will want to do business with. We are now customers for life. Thank you for offering such a great buying experience!

I was in the market to buy a new vehicle, my husband and I went to visit different car dealers and Kings Volkswagen was one of those dealers. We talked to Brian our sales representative, Brian helped us get a good price on a new Jetta. It was a price we couldn't pass in addition to the great warranty VW is offering on the new vehicles, it was a no brainer. The sale process was really smooth with no problems. The customer service was great, we left the dealer very satisfied with the purchase. I will definitely recommend Kings VW to my friends.

Joseph VW of Cincinnati review
I was in the market for an ID4. They had some in stock. They responded quickly to my online inquiry, setup a hassle free test drive and made the usually painful process of buying a car easier. Martin went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. He personally picked me up when it was convenient for me and kept the time I spent at the dealership to a minimum.

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I love my new (to me) VW Jetta. It come equipped with so many features. It has some things I'd never even heard of. It will correct steering if you drift out of the lane, it had heated and COOLED seats, adaptive cruise control, automatic headlights and highbeams are also auto, etc. There's more but I can't list it all.
