Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. CharlesReviews
Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. Charles review
Fox Valley Volkswagen absolutely exceeded my expectations at every point in the purchase of my new to me Passat SEL. Adrian was my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt in responding and friendly. Specifically, he managed expectations and answered my questions directly. Nik is the sales manager, and was fantastic to deal with as we got the purchase rolling. Having been in the business, I understand how the sales manager is at the nexus of everything going on. Not once, despite being busy, did Nik make me feel rushed. Again, prompt and direct in getting things done right. John, the finance manager took over, processing my paperwork and made it seamless and easy. When I needed a temporary tag, he immediately saw to it. My car was delivered, and everything was done to perfection. If you want a dealer who pays attention, who is prompt, professional and never high pressure, and who gets the deal and the job done right - look no further. This team is truly at the top of the business. Five stars - strongly recommended across the board.

I thought Josh was wonderful. Not only did he take care of the items I had asked him to, but he also reattached a piece of trim that was loose. I was very pleased!

Looking for a particular car (year/model) and the dealership was very helpful. I hope they find a car for me - I’d like to give them my business. They’re local and it would be convenient to service my car there.

Castle Chevrolet NorthReviews
Castle Chevrolet North review
I recently purchased a 2026 Tahoe RST and I have to say that my buying experience at Castle Chevrolet North was outstanding! I was greeted by salesman Mike Pirozzoli, who rode with me on the test drive and answered my questions about the Tahoe. I then worked with Ed Finn and Nassar Fakhoury as I completed the sale and financing process. All 3 gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They explained the dealer add-on options available, yet I never felt pressured to purchase anything that did not interest me. As a courtesy, Mike picked me up at a location 10 miles away and brought me back to the dealership when I returned my rental vehicle the next day. That saved me time and money. I am pleased to recommend Castle Chevrolet North to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently bought a black Wrangler 4xe from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier! The Jeep is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. It even came with a guarantee like a new car, with effectively zero mileage. I'm also very grateful to the manager who helped me – I don't recall his name, but he was from Poland. Highly recommend this place

I love going to the Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside! I have purchased 2 cars from Adrian, but the entire team is so fantastic to work with. The service department is very kind and thoughtful, as well as prompt. They will also give you a ride anywhere that you need to go if you are waiting for an extended period of time. If you are looking to purchase a car or just want a great place to get your car serviced, I would highly recommend Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside!

Advantage Acura of NapervilleReviews
Advantage Acura of Naperville review
This is my first car, and I’m happy I chose the Advantage Acura of Naperville dealership. Not only was the inventory impressive, but so were the professionalism, consideration, and promptness of the sales consultant I worked with, Le Roy Churchill III. My family has trusted this dealership for years, and I’m proud to continue that relationship. Not only were my needs and wants for a vehicle thoroughly considered—including the quality of the car, its previous upkeep, and fair pricing—but every explanation, question, and detail about the car was addressed with honesty, transparency, and a clear focus on my best interests. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

Volkswagen of Downtown ChicagoReviews
Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago review
James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!

Hawk CDJRReviews
Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

City Volkswagen Of Evanston review
This was my second time purchasing a car from City Volkswagen of Evanston, and the buying experience was great again. Frank did a great job of showing us the different trims available and the difference between each. I never felt pressure to buy a car at any moment of the process. I purchased when i found what i wanted and Frank lead me through the paperwork in no time. Soon i was driving my brand new Tiguan! When ready i will go get my third car from City Volkswagen of Evanston.
2024 Volkswagen Taos review
I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Looking for a particular car (year/model) and the dealership was very helpful. I hope they find a car for me - I’d like to give them my business. They’re local and it would be convenient to service my car there.
