Awesome dealership. Billy Wilson was a knowledgeable sales rep. I got a decent deal on a near perfect 2022 id4 pro S. Bravo!
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

Memuma my service advisor gave me an excellent professional service. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable, asked necessary questions to ascertain my needs and kept me informed.
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Great location. Better than the one I purchased from in temple hills. The shuttle/uber is so appreciated. The lobby is a bit boring. No snacks or drinks like other dealerships. Possibly because it was Cadillac, Lexus dealerships?

Crossroads Car and TruckReviews
Crossroads Car and Truck review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly ten years ago and again in early May 2026. Both experiences were excellent. The team is easy to work with, professional, and maintains a relaxed, customer-friendly approach. They are also committed to making things right if any discrepancies arise. They offer a great selection of high-quality, high-end vehicles. Thank you, Crossroads Car and Truck, for another positive experience.

Heritage Volkswagen ParkvilleReviews
Heritage Volkswagen Parkville review
I do not typically do reviews. I always say I do not get to advertise for a company. But... Today I purchased a 2026 Tiguan from Heritage Volkswagen Parkville. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! When I first arrived I was able to browse freely without pressure. Then my salesperson Mari approached me. I thought I would receive the typical sales greeting. I immediately put my guard up. Giving vague answers to why I was there and what I was looking for. Partly because I didn't have anything specifically I was looking for. I really was just browsing. Mari asked all the right questions to help me narrow down me needs. I never felt like he was selling me but more like assisting me. By the time I left I had the perfect vehicle in the perfect color with all my perfect features. Mari drove 4 hours round trip to get me to the vehicle that checked all my boxes. While Mari was on the road, Paris (in financing) closed the deal. I was very strict about my budget parameters. I wasn't budging and Paris listened. While he prepared the documents we talked like life long friends. While I know they are there to "sell me" and to "close the deal". I also know genuine people when I encounter them. Mari even returned the rental car drove up in for me. That was such a big help for me. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I will be back again when needed. Mari and Paris gave me a 5-Star experience so I had to give them a 5-star review. Keep up the great work.

MemberCar review
MemberCar is outstanding. I recently bought a used car and the service I got from Rob was great. I was not pressured and they made me feel comfortable, which is important when dealing with people. I went to many other places to shop for a car and none of them made me feel comfortable or have a good friendly attitude. MemberCar is on my list for another used car in the future because they care about thier customers. Thanks to everyone.

This was our second time leasing from Heritage Volkswagen. Because of the outstanding service by Brendon Thomas, Leasing Sales Consultant we are very satisfied. He was patient and very knowledgeable and made us feel appreciated.
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I really enjoy my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL! It's a great SUV with a perfect combination of comfort, style, practicality, and technology. The interior feels premium, the seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth and quiet. It has plenty of space for passengers and cargo, making it perfect for daily driving and longer road trips. The SEL trim comes with great features, and the Tiguan handles very well for an SUV. Fuel economy is also reasonable, and the overall driving experience is enjoyable. Overall, the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL is a great choice for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and practical SUV. I would definitely recommend it!

Imperial Auto LLC review
Before I purchased my Mercedes I researched every dealership in the entire DMV area. Yousef and his team kept their word, and, in all honesty, Imperial Auto of Manassas is the best dealership that encountered during my purchase and in all that I have researched. Yousef and his team listened to my concerns and worked with me during the entire purchase. The team at Imperial are the best. It was my pleasure and pure joy purchasing a car from Imperial. Imperial will always be the first car dealership I visit before any other dealership. Their honesty and transparency are superb. All of your questions and concerns will be answered. Anything you need to make your purchase remarkable Yousef, and his team will make it happen. I absolutely admire this team and in my opinion are the best. I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Yousef and his team made my retirement dream come true and I will always be grateful to this fantastic team.

Hyundai of Dundalk review
I bought a new Hyundai Tucson. The overall experience was great. They gave me an on the road price over the phone and they stuck to it. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in.
2021 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great car for the money. I like everything about it except the Infotainment system. It would be nice to have an aux input and a cd player.
