Napleton Palatine HyundaiReviews
Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.
2023 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

AutoNation Toyota LibertyvilleReviews
AutoNation Toyota Libertyville review
I bought a used Nissan from Toyota, right on my tight budget. I was happy. I never heard of CVT until Eric H. started to sell and inform me about the extra warranties. He strongly vocalized about the CVT's problems on Nissan Rogues. This made me very upset. Sales person fail to tell me that when I asked about any known issues. Eric made my “new” car sound like a total lemon. His method of selling a warranty made me want to just cancel my purchase. I did not buy the expensive warranty. I left with my new used car feeling very lost and upset. Not happy and excited.
2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport review
Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

Don provided exceptional service from start to finish. Friendly, clear, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better car dealer agent!
2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I've driven Volkswagen's for years and this one hasn't disappointed. Advice to Volkswagen, bring back the TDI!

Brought my truck in for an oil change waiter. Tom Boyer set up the time, was greeted promptly by George, Tom was out on a test drive. The job was finished in a timely fashion, I received a pleasant surprise when I paid the bill, in the form of a discount from Tom! Tasha Chevy always takes care of my needs. Tom has been a tremendous help over all these years- he is the reason I won’t go anywhere else for service.

2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

Chris does an outstanding job every time I visit. He is very accommodating and always aware of my needs and my time. Only place I service all my vehicles (3) and drive 30 minutes even though there are 2 Chevy dealers much closer.
2021 Volkswagen Atlas review
Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Experience overall was very good, salesman wasn't pushy and worked very hard to negotiate a deal I was happy with. However, the dealer should update their website more frequently, as both of the cars I was interested in were sold.
2023 Volkswagen Tiguan review
We wanted a Audi Q3 but all the dealers in the state had only loaded models. Being in our 70's, we weren't interested in technology, appearance, performance, or off-road add-on packages. The Tiguan SEL-R has all the features we want that a Q3 Premium Plus has. Sure, the Tiguan won't match the Q3's performance or looks. but it is close enough. And it has more interior room than a Q5.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought the SEL R-Line, which comes fully loaded with all the luxury features. My favorites are the massaging seats and customizable ambient lighting. All the materials have a quality feel to them. The car also drives very well - it's nimble for an SUV and has plenty of power. I almost bought an Audi Q5, but this new-generation Tiguan was a far better value.

Castle Chevrolet GMCReviews
Castle Chevrolet GMC review
Buying my Camaro from Castle Chevrolet in McHenry was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I worked with Eric Loredo, who set the tone by doing a full virtual walk around and video of the car before I arrived, answering all my questions in real time. When my wife and I landed at ORD, the car was spotless and ready to go. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara had all documents sent ahead so I could DocuSign, making the delivery quick and smooth. Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. The team knew my previous car was totaled in a tornado, and they went above and beyond to make this out-of-state transaction simple and stress-free. Eric and the entire Castle team reminded me that buying a car doesn’t have to be a battle. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Thank You for an Exceptional Buying Experience Dear Andrew and Alex, Thank you so much for all your help with my recent purchase of the 2024 BMW X3. Your efforts have left a lasting impression, and I will surely return for all my future auto purchases. You both went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you again for everything. 30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I worked with Dave and Trevor on my new QX60. After an initial questionable experience I was able to meet Dave. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. Great guy all around! Trevor delivered our car and another great guy. Just a 5 star experience from these guys.

2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Our 2026 Tiguan is very roomy for a mid size SUV. Luggage space is enormous. The 2.0L engine is responsive and more that enough for average driving. HP increased to 201 hp in new model. Comfortable ride. SE w/ panoramic sun roof and AWD (MSRP $38k) provides plenty of bells and whistles to keep the tech fan happy. Nice size touch screen handles A/C, heat, and other stuff. CON: Like many manufacturers, they are tending to do away with the traditional shift handle on the center console. The gear selector on the Tiguan is a stalk on the right side of the steering column. You select "D, N or R" by twisting the control forward or back. Park is enabled by pushing a button in at the end of the stalk. No more manual mode either. Not hard to get used to using but, "WHY". Overall, so far, I like the car a lot. This is our 8th VW lease.
