Im sure everyone has bought a car and expects to get screwed or some kind of games to be played. I know I have been through my share. But my friend told me about Lynne's Nissan But now its Nissan Of Stanhope. Said to stop there and ask for Jose Gonzalez or Gary and they should help me out. After several years of stopping in at Quick Way Auto just to kick the tires and peek in windows, it was time to make a move from the ordinary to our first luxury vehicle. Art and Rich made it happen in fairly quick order for us even though there were a few bumps in my credit. Not only did I get an outstanding trade in allowance but also an awesome deal on a simply beautiful and very safe "new to us" automobile. We simply love our GLK350 and will return again to purchase another vehicle from Art when the need arises. First off lets me tell you about my experience with GT Motors, I purchased a car from them site unseen from across the country and had them ship the car to me. I knew it was a bit risky however based on the positive online dealer reviews I figured it was safe. However I was still a bit surprised to see the owner bend over backwards to make sure I am happy with the purchase. John took care of all of the details including dealing with the shipping headaches; he was always responsive, always on the ball and most importantly completely honest. John pointed out all of the vehicle flaws prior to me wiring him the money. After some shipping delays I finally got the car and the car was in the condition as it was described. I would recommend GT Motors to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. Good people are the foundation of a good business and these people are as good as they come. GT Motors is awesome!!! This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.
I cannot express how professional and helpful Patrick Beauford was in the initial presentation of the car and also on some follow up questions I had. Pat Masone was also very professional in his discussion of the finances and Craig Melquist was very helpful with some of the questions I had. Overall the relaxed and highly professional and low key approach was a major factor in my decision to go with the Volvo.

I've been a loyal Volvo owner for over twenty years. The office admin & sales personnel that I interacted with (Todd Garno - sales) made my purchasing decision an easy one. They were outstanding & I was extremely pleased with the value of my 2012 Volvo S60. However, an unexpected problem did come up three weeks after my purchase. One of the cells in my car battery went bad making it impossible to start the car by simply turning on the ignition. Instead I needed several jump starts over the course of several days to start the car. When I brought the car in to to Prestige Volvo (the dealership) to have this issue rectified, Todd (my salesman) interceded on my behalf to ensure that I received a new battery at no cost even though the was no extended warranty coverage for the battery. This service was certainly appreciated!

I do not make it a habit to give reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience at Bridegwater Volvo. My salesman Dominick is one of the nicest people I have come across in my life. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Extremely personable and knowledgeable with tremendous people skills. Dominick made the sometimes tedious task of choosing and negotiating the purchase of a car enjoyable and satisfying. He is a gem of a man and the world would be a better place if there was more of him around. He must have told me a 1/2 dozen times how honored he would be to earn my business and the truth is I feel honored to have met him. As an aside, Steve made the paperwork painless, the staff was extremely pleasant and I fell in love with the car.
Although the vehicle sold before I could get there (didn't put down a deposit), this dealership accommodated everything that I needed. Price that I wanted was agreed upon via email, which some dealers won't do. No complaints.
I went to Ray Price Volvo a bit ago in need of a new car, and came out successful. Gary Cox met us out front and was extremely helpful. He was very patient and informative, and helped me through the whole purchase. Even though I was only interested in a fairly cheap, used car, Gary sill put full focus on my needs and was extremely patient and accommodating. Just purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 TDI from these guys, and it was probably the best experience you can get from a used car dealership, or any dealership for that matter! Sam, Andy, and Mark were all very helpful, informative, and communicative throughout the whole process. They let me have 2 different mechanics come, put it on a lift, and inspect the whole car. They were all very direct, but not pushy at all. Any questions I had, Sam picked up the phone any day at any time. These guys really care about their vehicles and customers. They just got another repeat customer which I’m sure they already have plenty! Great experience.
