Within the last month I purchased a new Range Rover (Love it!) from Scot Davis (GM) and Scott Winn. The deal was flawless with no hidden agendas! When I bought my 1st Range Rover in 2013 from this same dealership promises were made and not kept! I have been looking for a new Range Rover since 11/2015 and wanted to deal local but the deal didn't work out! So I have been searching the state of Florida and finally found the Range Rover I wanted and it was again at Treasure Coast. Dealing with Scot and Scott has renewed my faith not only in this dealership but in the Land Rover name. Two days after I bought my new vehicle I was on my way out of FL on vaca and a warning indicator light came on. I called the service department; the Shop Foreman Frank got on the phone told me what was wrong and sent me to the Jacksonville Land Rover dealer for a quick fix. He even called ahead and told them I was coming in; told them to call him when I got there and he would assist with the problem. Needless to say, Jacksonville Fields Land Rover had me there for over 6 hours; couldn't fix the problem; didn't want to deal with the Treasure Coast dealership; wouldn't admit they couldn't fix the problem until I lost it. They knew I was trying to get out of Florida and drive a 1000 miles to my destination. The GM Scot Davis was on the phone with me and the dealership all day trying to resolve the problem. So now its time for Fields to get me a rental car, I tell them I want something comparable to what I have at least the same size as I was loaded down to go on vaca. They didn't want to deal with me; they deal with an Enterprise Rental very close to the dealership and they gave me a Dodge Journey! Scot Davis (GM from TC LR) called the Enterprise and told them to upgrade the vehicle; they told me "its the best we got". At this point I have been dealing with this dealer (Fields) for 7 hours for something that should have taken no more than 2 hours. I spoke with Scot Davis, I decided to go home and Scot obtained an upgraded vehicle to drive the 1000 miles to my destination and waited over an hour after closing for me to get to the dealership so that I could start over the next day early. Just driving the 200+ miles in the rental back to Fort Pierce was an experience, I couldn't imagine driving it 1000 miles. Additionally, TC LR sent a truck to Jacksonville and picked up my vehicle and brought it back to Fort Pierce so that it could be fixed. My vehicle was ready and waiting on me when I returned from vacation. Scot, Scott and Frank are outstanding employees and should be recognized for going above and beyond to assist a customer. An interesting tidbit of information that I found out this morning 3 wks after this happened, is when I bought my vehicle in 2013 the dealership in Fort Pierce was owned by Fields, imagine that! So I guess that Fields just treat their customers with disrespect! The dealership is now owned by Grieco! Great service and respect for their customers!
