The dealer offers pick up and delivery. Someone from the dealership drives to your house, picks up your car, takes it to be serviced, and returns it to your house. Best of all this is a free service. I am disabled and this option was remarkably easy for me to use. I even booked online. It couldn?t have been easier.

After having a need to purchase a new car and deciding on a Genesis GV80 prestige we had visited other Genesis dealerships and communicated via the phone in an attempt to purchase a certified preowned vehicle. Although service was granted elsewhere the atmosphere once entering the Conshohocken dealership was different. We could feel a sense of acceptance, a huge desire to ensure the experience was pleasant and rewarding. Alexus answered all questions, took her time and made us feel that no one else was taking her attention. There was no hard sale and after determining that we wanted the car she, Noah and the female finance manager whose name fails me went above and beyond to ensure that our choice went home with us that day. We cannot say enough just how much the atmosphere was so welcoming. We would choose to do business there again. Because of our residential location it may not be feasible to visit this dealership regularly but only because of the location would we utilize another Genesis dealership. We highly recommend Alexus to anyone who may be in the process of searching for a car, any car as she can take you to any of the Conicelli dealerships on the strip. You will not be disappointed. You will leave very impressed. You will feel important and not dismissed. My husband says make sure you have the coffee:)

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

Great selection with fair prices. Salespeople were not pushy and I didn't feel pressured. They helped me get the car that I love

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Great car. Comfortable ride. Simple but luxurious design. Passenger comfort is excellent. Sound system is very nice. One small complaint, not enough storage space. No big deal. Definitely the right purchase

Everything went smooth. I got the price quoted for the car and associated fees on the phone, went in and Anthony had the car ready. Did my rest drive and completed the paperwork quickly and was on my way in very little time.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated. Danny was pleasant, and never gave an attitude whenever I called to check-up on the progress. The professionalism he displayed speaks volumes. I would recommend "The Carshop of Mt. I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

My wife Eileen and I had the best experience we ever had buying an automobile! From the management all the way down to our sales representative Manny Agigian what a great guy no pressure ! No rush ! Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

I have driven Volvos for a very long time. My 2002 V70XC was my absolute favorite. I just donated it. My first impression was the dealer and I went with one closest to my home. My big mistake. THE CAR - for an SUV the seats sit very low and are not very adjustable. The gear shift functionality is very difficult to get used to - and all the alarms. Being a mechanical engineer, I liked, no, loved the older Volvos for their functionality and interior space. The XC60 has very little cargo space. There are too many bells and whistles you need to QR scan the visor for the manual! The mpg are pitiful - I am getting maybe 15 mpg, with little pick up- the 4 liter engine is not as good as the predecessors. I was worried about the no "cold weather package" - all volvos anywhere have the same battery and the sales guy had no idea what cold cranking meant. HOWEVER, I must say when we had an ice storm and the car was a solid piece of ice the doors opened and the car started right up. BUT it did take 30 minutes + to warm up the windshield to get rid of the ice. AND my hands were so cold trying to scrape the ice off - they were too cold for the display to read my touch! The sales rep was so proud of the heated windshield wipers (?) -I prefer being able to raise the wipers during a snow storm. Here you have to put the wipers in maintenance mode and then move them out. Too many steps to get basics done (and have warm hands). I also can't stand the smudged touch screen from all the swiping and touching. Just looks dirty. BTW don't buy accessories from the dealer. I wanted rails for the top and they were asking $800 list but I could get them for $500. You can buy them from amazon or Volvo direct for $200. It's a Volvo and I have high expectations. I think it is an expensive car and I have not owned it long enough to determine value.

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

After calling preliminarily about the automobile advertised I began a dialogue with VONN. EVERTHING I ASKED HIM WAS ANSWERED PROFESSIONALLY AND THOROUGHLY. He was a gentlemen. He was honest. He was trustworthy. I drove to Pennsylvania from Brooklyn and the MB CLS550 was as advertised and more. He and his partner welcomed me and allowed me to take the car for a test drive. They made the purchase a fantastic service experienced. Accommodated our every request. Provide temp plates. Registration. Bills of sale. All service records. Manuals. All weather mats. Negotiated a better price and accepted my 2001 Benz in trade. I would highly recommend VONN and DRIVEN IMPORTS TO ANYINE LOOKING FOR A USED VEHICLE. EXTREMELY OKEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE.

So, I’ve driven lots of Volvos over the years. My girlfriend in college had the 240, my now wife had an 850 and I’ve rented countless Volvos. Never cared for them. This on the other hand is an absolute gem of a vehicle. Aged super well, handles incredibly well, is fun to drive, sporty, safe, good gas mileage. Nice styling. What more could you ask for? One of the best cars if not the best I have ever owned.
