On Saturday, Decemeber 7, 2024 I met Sam from DMV Auto Group. I found a Range Rover Sport at the dealership. I completed the deal and was informed about the extra incentives that was given by Sam. I was highly impressed with the vehicle and on top of that, the vehicle passed the Maryland inspection on the first try. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great used vehicle.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

David in service for new sales was very helpful today in my wife’s 2023 Outlander. Had one customer show up 4 hours early for her car appt. She was a pistol nothing but negative everything. To make a long story short is that she brought in a full bag the size of a Walmart bag full of trash to throw away. Apparently she said the waiting room trash can was full so she laid the bag on top of trash cans. One of the Slack sisters thought that someone left there medicine bag etc. the next thing I know David was asked to empty the trash. He is a busy guy. Someone could have asked one of the lot attendants etc. told the lady to push into trash can because they were not full.

Great car drive and also great to haul just about anything Small to mid sized since the back seats fold all the way down. And it gets good Gas MPG as well.

Short notice when I called but got me in next day for oil change and transmission drain and fill. Very satisfied . Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

I bought my daughter's first car with JDM and it was a great experience! First I was greeted with their friendly and welcoming staff, and they showed me the car. The car was spotless like I expected from the pictures. My daughter loved the car and I definitely would buy from here again.

Bought it New in December 2012. We have had very few problems over the 11 years we have owned it. Granted we only have 85,000 miles +/-, but I would love to get an updated 2024 version of this Volvo. If I had it to do again I would definitely buy it.

We’ve been using Hyundai Alexandria for awhile now and Troy is the best. He is honest, accurate, thorough, and great with customer service. He makes sure to explain everything going on with the car, asks for permission before doing anything outside of traditional services if they’re required, and is up front about cost, need for a service, etc. He’s the best and we look forward to working with him again.

I got the Prius V particularly because instead of an SUV or sporty crossover I wanted a bit more of a station wagon feel (not as big as a mini van) that would be long enough to put a bunk bed single mattress in the back (It is). I love the fuel economy and the extra size. I traded in my '06 Prius for this Prius V. I've only has it about 5 hours but think I'm going to love it! I love the Blizzard Pearl. Would have also been happy with Sea Glass Pearl....

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

This car obviously speaks for itself. Eye catcher. Great handling and performance. Huge trunk and comfortable passenger and back seat. Huge breaks. Super small turning radius. Wish Audi included service with the car. I think competitors (BMW M5) is cheaper. Overall love the car.
