One of the best cars of the 20th century
Bought a 1990 5 speed manual with 204,500 miles on it for $1000 in 2004. Love the car. Now it has 612,000 miles and still gets 40 mpg. Cheap insurance. Easy to fix. Always dependable. Push start if dead battery. Also have a 1991 with 72,000 miles in showroom condition saved for when this one rusts out!!!- Purchased a Used car

Love my Corolla
I love my 92 Corolla. I put a new engine in it when it hit 200,000 and put a new paint job and had the front seats reupholstered. It looks like a brand new car. I also have a 07 Corolla too which I use the most. But for taking the dog to the park and running errands the 92 is my go to car- Purchased a New car

The forgotten '87 Corolla FX16 GTS
How could such a great car be so forgotten??? This car has the legendary 4A-GE! Yes it body rolls like a beached whale, but it is super fun to drive. Handling is amazing and the engine sounds majestic. It's a perfect little hot hatch from the 80s. Yeah it only has ~100 HP, but that means you can use the full engine and not- Purchased a Used car

Reliable and cheap transport
This was my first car, I got it for $50 and I -loved- it. I would have kept driving in a while but the people at valvoline crossthreaded the oil cap on the bottom of the car and it died. Never go to valvoline. Besides that, though, you can sit on the roof, it easily does 100km for every 5.8l if you run synthetic oil and increase- Purchased a Used car

I absolutely love Toyotas!
I had a 92' Corolla with 220K miles. The thing was a beast. Yes, I did put a little work into it. But not much and definitely not expensive ! I would recommend a Toyota to anyone. Even for first time drivers, first car, elderly, etc. They are amazing, reliable and not a money dump!- Purchased a Used car

The Timex of Automobiles
Wife bought this car new. Basic model with factory air. It gets 32-35 mpg on the highway and excellent mileage in town. It runs forever with regular maintenance with few or no repair costs. Sold it used to my folks for an Arizona Snowbird commuter and plan to buy it back. Not real comfortable for a long distance road trip (1000- Purchased a New car

doesn't get much better than this
My family has owned this car brand new till 2011, and the most major repair we have done to it yet has been a new starter. If you want to start learning how to work on cars its a great little engine to work on. All in all I would highly recommend this car for someone who wants to do more driving and less wrenching around.- Purchased a New car
