Parkline Motors review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great service and delivery from Parkline Motors! This was my first online vehicle-buying experience, and Christian Hickman made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. He provided all the information I needed about the car and was always helpful and responsive. Parkline Motors did an excellent job streamlining all the paperwork and working with the financial institution to secure great interest rates. The service was friendly and efficient from start to finish. The delivery experience was prompt and seamless. I will always check Parkline Motors first when I’m looking for a vehicle before shopping elsewhere. Thank you to the entire Parkline team!

This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

Acura of BrookfieldReviews
Acura of Brookfield review
I wanted to thank the Acura of Brookfield service department, namely Gary, for troubleshooting my 2001 Integra GSR. Yes, the car is getting long in the tooth and the parts hard to find. In response to a misfire code, my local car shop had started down the list. Because replacing the spark plugs and wires did not do the trick, they moved on to the distributor cap (another fail) and then the rest of the distributor as the next targets. Except they gave up on looking for the distributor after the one they ordered did not fit. I did hunt down an original dizzy for a good penny from Japan for them to install, yet the misfire code kept coming back. Next stop, the engine computer? Actually no, my next stop was where I should have gone to start with, Acura of Brookfield. Gary’s crew checked out the car, diagnosed those brand new spark plugs as not fitting the engine right, and had me on my way in a much zippier Integra without the misfire and with a fuel additive recommendation, for way less than replacing the perfectly good engine computer with all the reprogramming headaches would have cost me. Many thanks to you, Gary, I know what to do next time! (And my Scottie is looking forward to meeting Adam again.)

Grubbs AcuraReviews
Grubbs Acura review
Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Girl Power for the Win with the Sales and Finance Team for my 3rd Acura to own - my dream car, MDX Type S Advance and early birthday gift to myself. Thank you, Grubbs Acura in Grapevine!

Patriot Acura review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my MDX from Patriot Acura. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Megan Cogswell in sales was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy. She made sure all my questions were answered and helped me feel confident in my decision. Josh Obercian, the Sales Manager, was equally impressive. He worked hard to put together a fair deal and made the process transparent and straightforward. Josh Williamson also played a key role in making everything come together quickly and seamlessly. The whole team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer care that really stood out. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Patriot Acura. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and rewarding.

Hinshaw's Acura review
I am a senior citizen cancer patient, and have owned my Acura RL for about 21 years. I would have bought another one, but cancer prevented that. I took my RL into Hinshaw's in Fife, WA on 12/16/21 and then again on 02/19/22. I highly recommend Hinshaw's in Fife! They were absolutely wonderful and helped me with my car even though it is so old. Everyone was patient, courteous, friendly and efficient. They all were working hard, and they actually paid attention to their customers. Even though every single person I encountered was wonderful and helpful, I have to do a special shout for Richard who helped me in February, I can never thank him enough for solving my car challenge. This was the best experience I have ever had with a car anywhere including the Acura Dealership in Santa Monica, CA who were terrible. Thank you, Richard! Thank you to everyone who helped me! Thank you Hinshaw!
