I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.
Ive been looking for a vehicle for about a month so I have lot of experience with other dealers. I can honestly say that dealing with Jason Sherrill, Todd Billmeyer and Micah we???re the best and most pleasant experience. They were very upfront with no hidden fees or agenda. This SUV is the best value for the money, high quality, very reliable, comfortable, reasonable gas mileage, good looking, good navigation device, good resale value, good interior features and lots of loading room.
I recently bought from Mungenast because a friend of mine said the had the best service around. They really do. Jason was fantastic to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt No pressure from finance to purchase more warranty than I felt necessary for my comfort. I decided on Mungenast because I had recently had months of service issues that cost me thousands from another big St. Louis dealer. I am a happy customer!

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

We were on our way from Philadelphia to our Winter home in Arizona when my tire sensor showed low pressure in my left rear tire on my 2017 MDX AWD. When a local RV shop found a screw in my sidewall, we had to find a place to get a new tire. After an unsuccessful attempt at a closeby tire shop (he offered to get them for us but it would take a day), my wife contacted Ryan Syberg at Mungenast Acura, about 11 miles from where we were at the time. We were delighted to find the shop could attend to us immediately, and we made our way there to be welcomed by a terrific staff. . Because of AWD, we had to replace a pair of tires, but Ryan was able to get one replaced under our Road Hazard original purchase. He took care of us and got us back on our way within a couple of hours. We never lost a day on our trip. Terrific service by everyone at this Acura dealership.

This car meets all my needs. I’m driving MDX for 10 years now and never disappointed by the quality and handling. This is definitely great car for the family.
I hadn't bought a car in quite a few years (13), so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Having thoroughly researched vehicles, Acura was on my shopping list along with a few others. My sales associate, Jason, was friendly and approachable from the start. He answered all of my questions and was forthcoming when working out the final details. Kurt in Finance also made me know I had made a good choice. Overall, a solid team to see me through the process. I feel confident in my purchase, which is reassuring. I'll hopefully be driving this vehicle well into the next decade. Overall, I couldn't be happier about my experience.

We keep trying to buy something else in an SUV, but the overall value and design of the MDX is just superior. We have had only one event where we had to get to a dealer to fix a failing system in 12 years of this product. It is not as elegant as the Lexus or Mercedes, but it is good enough to withstand the $8,000 price differences. They hold their value and the dealer services are reasonable.
My experience at St.Louis Acura was amazing! My sales associate Jason was very patient and informative. Jason made my buying experience very smooth, he even came in on his off day to finish my deal. The price on the vehicle that I purchased was the most competitive on the market. I would definitely recommend St.Louis Acura to anyone in the market for a amazing car buying experience.

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.
I bought a used trade in. Jason Molina was great to me through the entire process. I'm very happy with my purchase and hope to have the car for a long time.

We have purchased Honda vehicles for years and stepped up to the Acura. We compared to Mercedes, Audi and other high end cars. Standard features were typically add on at the other manufacturers that raised the price. Reliability of the MDX is legendary.
I'm 54 years old and have purchased a lot of cars (usually new) through the years. I was apprehensive of the whole used car experience as this purchase was for my son's first car. After searching the internet and visiting a few dealers we went to Mungenast Acura on a Saturday at 4PM. From the minute we pulled up .... we were treated wonderfully. Greg met us outside and listened to our concerns and needs. My son had his car within an hour of us arriving. From test driving, reviewing the service record of the car to financing, I have never been more impressed. Easiest car purchase I ever made.
Great looking SUV... Until it becomes unreliable.

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.
I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years and this was by far the most pleasant buying experience we have had to date. Brendan Corley, or Sales Associate, was responsive, professional and worked to meet our needs. He will be our "go to" in the future.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Acura. I’ve owned four of them.

Great looking and very comfortable. Acura is a very reliable car. I have owned four Acura’s and this will be my fifth one. I think it is the best car for the money!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. it met all of my expectations and i honestly love the ride, it was clean and kept well maintained by the previous owner
the color was nice like i never been so happy to be driving, and isnt that the most important. im going to have this car for 5 years financed so i made sure i fell in love with it.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Since I purchased this car new the blue tooth, nav technology options have not worked. I have had the sales person and service manager tell me that I don't sit close enough to the microphone, that the technology isn't the best, that its complicated ...but bottom line is phone call doesn't work, blue tooth doesn't work. Nav thinks I am in cities 100s of miles away. I have gone in numerous times. Would not purchase this vehicle again or deal with this dealership again ever.
