I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.

sold me car with no spare tire. Once they finally agreed to give me a spare, service department doesn't answer phone or call back when you leave message.
This dealership seems overwhelmed, understaffed.
Deanngello Stapleton was exceptionally helpful and patient. I test drove a couple of cars on a Friday, picked one out and went back because I decided I wanted a newer car; and test drove more. He was very informative and was able to answer my questions with no problem, even knew the history of the cars of interest. He walked me through the entire process with no pressure and I left with a great deal on the car of my choice; 2014 Honda Accord. Deanngello proved helpful even after I took the car home, he checked on me to make sure I was happy with the car and I was able to contact him afterwards for additional questions regarding the features, with no problem.

He knows his business and calmly and patiently responded to all of our concerns and made the whole purchase process effortless and efficient.
