Lexus of LouisvilleReviews
Lexus of Louisville review
I have to say, buying a new vehicle has never been this enjoyable! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — and that made all the difference. Khol, my salesman, was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and he walked me through every feature and option with patience and enthusiasm. Khol has a natural ability to make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. He made the selection process fun, stress-free, and exciting — exactly how buying a new vehicle should feel! Once we moved into the finance office, Jeanni continued that same incredible experience. She was thorough, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. Jeanni explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. There were no surprises, no confusing fine print — just honest, straightforward communication. Her warm personality and efficiency turned what is typically the most stressful part of the car-buying process into a completely smooth and comfortable experience. Together, Khol and Jeanni are a dream team. Their professionalism, positivity, and dedication to the customer created an experience I will not soon forget. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will absolutely be returning — and sending everyone I know their way! 10 out of 10 — thank you, Khol and Jeanni!

When I saw Nicholas Hughes working with a lady on an RX 350h, I watched, listened, and I was impressed. He was respectful, courteous and kind. I talked to the lady when Nicholas walked outside to bring the car for a test drive. She said she loved him, he was great, etc, etc. When he came back in, I introduced myself and told him I would wait for him. It was worth the wait. He gave me a fair price on the car, got me more money on my trade-in, and the deal went smoothly. I would recommend Nicholas Hughes to everyone. If he is busy, WAIT. It will be worth the wait.

Toyota of WarsawReviews
Toyota of Warsaw review
I came here after having an extremely bad experience with Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon. This dealership was the exact opposite! It started out by sending a request thru their website on Saturday evening. I was contacted and told my request was received and that they would have a salesperson contact me. I was contacted Monday. I explained what I was looking for and that I could see that the vehicle had not been built yet, but it was coming to the dealership. Josh Ogden explained the whole process to me. HE DID NOT pressure me at all. Just explained that if I did not put down a "hold" fee of $500.00 he could not guarantee that the vehicle would not be sold to someone else. Also that if my wife was not happy with this vehicle the $ was FULLY refundable - no fee. He was straight and upfront the entire time. What a refreshing change. No "extra" fees or up charging. He kept us informed as to when the vehicle had been built when it was shipped and when it arrived. This dealership's service department even provided a temporary fix to our vehicle (Driver's door window exploded in when driving up!) so that I could get it home WITHOUT ANY CHARGE! I would definitely recommend this dealership!

My wife and I looked at several different options for purchasing a new car. Out of all the dealers we were in communication with, hands-down, Peko and his team were absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend Peko and his team with purchasing a vehicle. We love our 2021 Suburban Premier, and we’re extremely impressed with our experience. Peko is extremely knowledgeable and made our car buying experience seamless and easy. Thanks, Peko!

B & B AutoReviews
B & B Auto review
Great experience with B&B Auto. The owners were very communicative throughout the process. Once at the dealership and checking out other cars they gave me all the time I needed, never felt pressured and were very transparent about the car itself and what to expect (I bought a '99 Mercedes so the mechanic talked me through some of the issues that might arise). Great experience overall.

Honda of MahwahReviews
Honda of Mahwah review
I’ve leased vehicles for many years. I have to say my experience with Ali Bayat @ Mahwah Honda was the best experience dealing with any automobile sales person, there was no haggling and back and forth. He said he would get me in my price range & delivered ! and we all know that is a special gift in today’s car leasing business today. That being said the SUV I leased is a quality vehicle. & if you’re in the market for a Honda, & want to have a quality experience with a sales person Ali Bayat @ Mahwah Honda is your person …. Thank you Ali

2019 Acura RDX review
This is my second RDX, A luxury vehicle without having to pay the luxury price. Have been fortunate to purchase two used RDX both in pristine condition with very low mileage. Not too big, not too small, All the features you could imagine easy to use,

Stopped by this dealership recently and overall had a solid experience. The team was welcoming right away and gave me space to look around without hovering, which I appreciated. When I did have questions, they were knowledgeable and straightforward with their answers.
