The internet advisor was great. If you are an out of town buyer. This is what you like in a salesman. All my questions were answered and responded to in a timely fashion. Gave me a video walk around of the car interested in. Very honest and upfront.

Durham's Auto MartReviews
Durham's Auto Mart review
On 3/3/2025 I began a search for a Nissan 370Z. I began my search in Raleigh which was unsuccessful. So, I saw a listing in Durham at Durham Auto Mart. I called and spoke with Jason Chambers. He told me to come out and view the car in person, which I did. He was so professional and he made sure that I was well taken care of. The bottom line is that he got the deal done and it was done and basically at the terms I needed. Awesome place to purchase, Great customer service. Thank you all!

Mark Jacobson Toyota review
I like the shuttle service. All the drivers are very nice and the ability to get dropped off and picked back up instead of waiting on your vehicle in the waiting room is very nice. The guy that checked me in was very polite. I don't care for the work that was completed. There was a video of my vehicle, but it didn't show what was done. I do believe that they checked out my air filter because the wire clips were not clipped back on. Hopefully they did the work, but I have no idea. If they try to get you to buy tires it may be worth going to an actual tire shop for a second opinion.

2019 Acura RDX review
Love this car. Great performance and reliability. I love that the mag wheels don’t collect break dust and always look clean. I hate the stop start function and turn it off every time I drive the car

ChillyPhil at Bristol Auto Mall is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He will work with you to get you in any car you want at a reasonable price and is the best all around guy you will ever meet! The mechanic Adrian is also awesome at making sure your car is in excellent condition. Highly recommend ChillyPhil and Adrain at Bristol Auto Mall for your next vehicle purchase!! Rheagan Zambelli

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.

Kia on AtlanticReviews
Kia on Atlantic review
Recently purchased a new Telluride. Everyone including Eli (sales) and Richard (finance) were absolutely amazing. So glad I decided to take my trade to Kia on Atlantic. No one tried to push anything on me (sales= purchase; finance= warranty). Eli brought several cars around a let ME decide if anything was the right fit and, in the end, we got the right vehicle for our family. Eli spent several hours and pretty much the whole day just for that one sale. So, hats off to him for enduring us. Once I got to Richard, he made everything a snap and was extremely pleasant and not pushy. He answered every question I had and, once again, was very patient, personable, and relaxing to deal with. So glad I stopped in at Kia on Atlantic. Best decision I've made in a long time!
