I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. The process was seamless, the time that was spent getting me familiar with the new cabin was great, and the financing process was quick and easy. I leased 2018 TLX and 2018 MDX from Continental Acura with help of Greg Pew. I was very pleased with Greg help and his helpful approach. Greg went over detailed explanation of lease pricing, offered honest view on available options and was ready with all the documents once we agreed all the details. This is was the fastest and least painful car purchasing/leasing process I ever went through. I truly appreciate Greg's help as well as his partner Sharon.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

Had excellent service purchasing from Muller a few year ago when we purchased a new TL. When ready to trade in my old SUV for a new one, I researched a lot of different vehicles. Ultimately settled in the RDX. Lance, sales rep, was not only low pressure, but took a lot of time to thoroughly address all our questions. We were very impressed by his professionalism. They were professional and respectful from beginning to end. Our salesman, Hunt Hamill, made buying a car fast, fun, and easy. No pressure, no games, no unwanted dealer-installed options. This was the third Acura dealer we tried, and wed definitely go back.
The people in the service department are very nice. They fully explained what service would/could be done on my car. In the end they did not need to do all the work that was initially planned - less cost to me. This tells me that it is an honest dealership as I would not have known what was need and what wasn't. Will definitely go back.
