Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.

2023 Acura RDX review
My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. 2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively.
