I went in because there was a clunking noise in turning tight turns. My Highlander is a 2004 which I bought new. It has approximately 116,300 miles on it. They did a thorough review and decided that the steering rack was the source of the noise. The cost was going to be about half of what the vehicle is worth. I was told that it was safe to drive and elected not to spend that much on such an old vehicle. My service adviser is Bill Grubb. I have known Bill probably more than 20 years and trust him like a friend. I have only owned Toyotas the last 25 years. My other car is a 2018 Camry SE, which I bought because my 2003 Camry XLE was totaled by another driver.

I went in for a test drive. I’d called ahead and the vehicle (CR-V hybrid) was pulled up front and ready to go. A quick interaction with the manager and the salesman (which may have gone faster because I was already in their system from a prior visit) and we were off on a good test route. The salesman, Sasha, was knowledgeable about his product and easy to converse with, and asked good questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. No hard sell. If all dealership interactions were this efficient, effective and pleasant people would feel more positively toward dealership relationships.

When it came time to negotiate and purchase, it was nice to have the set fair price on the car that we were purchasing and we were given fair market value for our trade right off the bat. 2021 Acura RDX review
Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

2014 Acura RDX review
As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

We were in no mood or space to buy a car this past weekend, but life had other plans when our Kia started kicking the bucket. We had to find something fast, and within our budget, but also wanted something that we actually WANTED: AWD, sizeable, newer, clean and well maintained. And because we're currently in the process of trying to buy a house, we had a lot of financial needs: in a budget, paying cash, etc. I was already stressed when I walked into Groove Toyota, and anticipating a downhill morning. Enter Mr. Byron Fludd. This man! From the second he introduced himself I started feeling better. Kind, understanding, funny, and he actually LISTENED when we told him all of our needs. The car we saw online was already sold. Byron found us something better for less cost, the size and age and mileage we were hoping for and made the entire process so unbelievably painless. We arrived at 10am and were out of there by 12:30ish? And I think the only reason it took that long is because Byron made sure the new whip was extra-detailed, and also printed us a copy of the CarFax so we had it. I could not be more grateful for our new (used) GMC Acadia, and I can't thank Groove Toyota and sweet Byron enough for taking SUCH good care of us. My husband said multiple times this past weekend that we'll be buying our next car with Byron and Groove Toyota, no question. Every car buying experience for me before this past weekend had been full of pressure, price hikes, and undue stress. Our experience last Saturday changed all that. My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

2009 Acura RDX review
We have had this car for 10 years and put 168,000 miles on it. Uses zero oil, leaks no where, and runs like the day we bought it. The only downfall is the ride. It is a little harsh on rough roads. I do all my own maintenance and the only things (other than the obvious pads, rotors, plugs, ect.), I have replaced are the A/c compressor, brake master cylinder, starter, and a steering pump. We live in Michigan and the body has held up very well considering the salt. The engine and transmission have preformed flawlessly. At this point, I've determined the car will likely live longer than me lol.

2011 Acura RDX review
Best Ever. 260,000 miles. Faults, Front Axles and universal, good for 60,000 miles, P2263 check engine alarm due to part failure for turbo actuator. I have bought 6 front axles for this vehicle. It will not pass vehicle inspection with the check engine alarm.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. Annu was prompt, professional and attentive through the entire process, which took nearly a month by the time the vehicle got to my doorstep. Annu even worked through an unplanned trip to the hospital. Annu responded immediately to my initial inquiry, went to bat for me early on pricing, secured the vehicle so that it was reserved for me, promptly addressed some paperwork preferences I had, arranged for the car to be shipped, again went to bat for me when I requested a late change in price, and assured that the car was taken care of in transport. I asked a lot of Annu in this transaction and he came through each and every time. Thank you Annu! Fantastic performance!
2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

2013 Acura RDX review
I found this great deal while cruising the internet, and I am very well pleased! the responsiveness, especially in SPORT mode (using the paddle shifters) is OUTSTANDING! I was fortunate to get a great color (kinda taupe). Everyone loves it - the inside looks soo great (I keep my cars showroom clean). I wished it had rear vents, but not a deal breaker! the later model years don't come close despite their newer bells and whistles. I have owned now for roughly a month. no regrets!

Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

2018 Acura RDX review
My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.
